TBN is all about prosperity preaching/teaching. I do not agree with prosperity gospel. Jim Bakker used to preach it and now he refutes it. Spending time in prison gave him 16 hrs. a day to study God's word and he realized he had been preaching false doctrine. I was brought up watching him. I read his 1st book I Was Wrong years ago and now I'm reading his book he wrote in 1998 called Avoiding The Dangers of Materialistic Christianity In The End Times - Prosperity & The Coming Apocalypse. It's an excellent read. Now there are some movies I will watch on there from time to time but otherwise I don't watch them. Actually, I hardly watch TV (the idiot box) hardly at all these days. It's a waste of time. JMO.

I love Jim Bakker, even when he got in trouble, I was with him, because I knew that he was nothing but a mere imperfect man, that can and will make mistakes. People tend to try and put these people in hell because the are supposed to be men of God. But God has never used a perfect man in the Bible, because there are none. I think that Tammy should have stuck with him, but on another note Tammy was one of the sweetest loving, people on earth,and I miss her, and I mean that.
