Ephesians epistle was written to Jewish believers in Asia Minor:
Ephesians 1:5–6 (KJV 1900): 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
The adoption of children we belong to are the Chosen people Israel.
The beloved are the Chosen people Israel.
Ephesians 1:12–13 (KJV 1900): 12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13 In whom ye also trusted,
Who first trusted in Christ are the Chosen people Israel. In whom YE also trusted are Gentile believers.
Ephesians 1:13 (KJV 1900): in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
The Holy Spirit of Promise was first Promised to God’s Chosen people Israel.
Ephesians 1:17 (KJV 1900): 17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
The Father of glory is an Old Testament name of the God of Israel, God’s Chosen people FIRST, and Paul prays that Gentile believers also be given the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Israel’s Messiah and King and Lord.)

The saints are the Chosen people Israel.
