Bible Study Why is someone Preaching another Jesus and why?

Therefore, if the scriptures aren’t pointed to “Cross (The Blood of Jesus),” there is no life in you (John 6:53). Rev. 3:1

“And to the angel of the church in Sardis write,
‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’ Revelation 3:1-6

Psalms 33:4 and Proverbs 8:7-8 says, that every Word that God has ever spoken is in "Truth and in Righteousness." According to the gospel that Paul preached, "Righteousness is only awarded by God if our Faith is placed and maintained exclusively in Christ Jesus and the Finished Work of the Lamb of God at Calvary Cross (Rom. 4:5). Therefore, no man or woman can see, hear, or understand if "Righteousness is not awarded and will be operating from a make believe and pretend salvation that Jesus says that they may have a name but they are dead (Rev. 3:1). Everything they have and everything in their life will become a hinderance to them because of the "Law of sin and death (Rom. 8:2)." Confusion - conflict and death.

“Imputed Righteousness” is Righteousness that we do not earn, and cannot earn, and neither can we merit such. It is freely given to the believing sinner upon confession of Faith in Christ. It is the only type of Righteousness that God will accept, because it’s based on the perfect Righteousness of Christ. It is obtained by evidencing Faith in Christ and His Perfect Sacrifice of Himself.

The scripture says that the “life of the flesh is in the blood, i.e., (the soul of the flesh is in the blood- physically and spiritually).” Lev.17:11

Therefore, if the scriptures are not pointed to “Cross (The Blood of Jesus),” there is no life in you (John 6:53). Rev. 3:1

Paul said in Romans 2:16, all will be judged according to his gospel - “Christ Crucified (1 Cor. 2:2)!!!!!!!

Every jot and every tittle must point to the Cross.

Lev. 17:11

“11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood (it should be translated “for the soul of the flesh is in the blood”; the Hebrew word here rendered “life” occurs twice more in this very Verse, and is properly translated “soul”): and I have given it to you upon the Altar to make an Atonement for your souls: for it is the blood (the Blood of Christ) that makes an Atonement for the soul. (This latter phrase plainly and purely tells us that the Death of Christ on the Cross, which was brought about by the shedding of His Precious Blood, which means that in the shedding of His Blood, His Life poured out, is not only the means of Salvation, but, in fact, is the only means of Salvation.

The expositor says: “When man duly takes his place as one possessing no title whatsoever to life — when he fully recognizes God’s claims upon him, then the Divine record is, ’I have given you the life to make an Atonement for your soul.’ Yes, Atonement is God’s gift to man; and be it carefully noted that this Atonement is in the Blood, and only in the Blood and we speak of the Blood of Christ. It is not the Blood and something else. The Word is most explicit. It attributes Atonement exclusively to the Blood” [Heb. 9:22; Eph. 1:7; Col. 1:14; I Jn. 1:6; Rev., Chpt. 12].)”

It is by "Grace" through "Faith" that the "Temple" is built. The "Temple was to be built under Solomon; not the sound of a hammer, not the sound of a tool, i.e., not one sound of mans labor.

The only thing that God will accept from any Believer is "Faith" in His Son Jesus and the Cross of Calvary where the victory was won, i.e., The Finished Work, i.e., The Blood of Jesus.

Because the Believer is in Christ, all commandments are kept by the Holy Spirit which is impossible for any Believer to keep. If Christ is a law-keeper than the Believer is a law-keeper.

Again It is by "Grace" through "Faith" that the "Temple" is built. Not by labor - not by performance - not by Christian disciplines.

We must not stop the "Golden Oil" coming from the "Bowl of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit" that has seven pipes leading into our earthly vessels - both the will and to do.
In this “sevenfold fullness,” we find all the “help” that we need in order to live this life and to be what we ought to be in the Lord ((Isa. 11:1-2, Zechariah 4:1-14, Jn. 14:16-18, Rev. 5:6).

Tragically, the modern Church seeks to live for God without the help of this “sevenfold fullness.” Even though the Holy Spirit most definitely resides in the heart and life of every single Believer, irrespective of the spiritual condition of such a Believer, still, what He can do is only potential. In other words, His help is not automatic.

But every single Believer can have this “sevenfold fullness” if the Believer will place his faith absolutely and exclusively in the Cross. The Holy Spirit always works within the parameters of the Finished Work of Christ. The Cross ever being the Object of our Faith, then the Holy Spirit will work mightily on our behalf, giving us the benefit of “His sevenfold fullness,” but only if our faith is properly placed in Christ and the Cross. He tells us this in Romans 8:2.”

His sevenfold fullness.” Those attributes are: “Spirit, Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Might, Knowledge, and Fear.”

According to the gospel that Paul preached, "Righteousness is only awarded by God if our Faith is placed and maintained exclusively in Christ Jesus and the Finished Work of the Lamb of God at Calvary Cross (Rom. 4:5).

What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh? For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.
But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness,
Romans 4:1-5

Nothing here about “placing and maintaining faith in Christ and the cross“.

This was before Christ.

Abraham believed and therefore obeyed God, and was justified, which means declared to be righteous.

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. Hebrews 11:8

Just like Noah.

By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
Hebrews 11:7

Only those who obey the Gospel will be saved.

“56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day: and he saw it, and was glad (in the great Revelation of Justification by Faith given to Abraham by God, he was made to understand that this great Redemption Plan was wrapped up, not in a philosophy, but rather a Man, the Man Christ Jesus, and what He would do at the Cross; the Patriarch rejoiced in that).

57 Then said the Jews unto Him, You are not yet fifty years old (the Jews at that time believed that a man did not reach full maturity, regarding wisdom and intellect, until fifty years old), and have You seen Abraham? (They were either misinterpreting His Words, or they, in fact, did understand what He said, but did not believe Him, consequently answering sarcastically.)

58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am (in essence He said, “Before Abraham was brought into being, I was eternally existent”; He also said, “Abraham was,” “I am”).” John 8:56-58

This is a good example of why God forbids us to add to His word.

We obey Jesus Christ as our Lord, by obeying Him.

We are called to live a lifestyle, in which we are led by His Spirit to practice righteousness and obey His commandments.

He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1 John 2:4

Its starts with obeying the Gospel, in which we are born again.

Then we have a new nature that is compatible with His Spirit that empowers us to live a godly life of loving God and loving our neighbor, which by definition is keeping His commandment.

For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. 1 John 5:3

There is no such scripture in the Bible that says we are to
”place our faith in the cross” or “exhibiting faith in the cross”.

Our Faith is in Jesus Christ who lives in each of His people and leads them and guides them in a very real living tangible way, every single day.

Please stop adding your own man made commentary to God’s word.

Here are some instructions from Peter to the Church.

But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

You believe we do what the scriptures ask of us to do by an act of labor, which is law [the law of sin and death] (Gal. 2:18, Gal. 2:21) We believe we do what the scriptures ask of us to do by an act of faith, which allows the Holy Spirit to carry out the Will of God because we are Crucified with Christ (John 15:5, Rom. 8:2, Gal: 2-20, Phil. 2:13, 2 Corinthians 12:9). This is the only way we receive Grace.

The Bible says in 2 Cor. 13:4, that Jesus was crucified through weakness. Which it had to be because Gods Grace is only made perfect in weakness. Therefore, through weakness Jesus was crucified that He may taste death by the Grace of God (Hebrews 2:9). As Children of God we get to taste that same death in Christ daily by picking up our own cross (which can only be done by trusting His Grace which is made perfect through our weakness by placing and maintaining our Faith exclusively in Christ and His Finished Work at Calvary Cross where the victory was won) and walking with Christ in the newness of life (His victory). Rom. 6:3-5, Rom. 8:17, Gal. 2:20-21, 2 Cor. 4:11, 2 Cor. 12:9-10, 2 Cor. 13:4, Hebrews 2:9

The fruit that a Child of God bears comes only by Righteousness which is by Grace (Gal. 2:21). Grace only comes through the weakness and death of Christ (2 Cor. 12:9-10). Therefore, Grace is only made perfect through weakness (not our flesh); but only by trusting and placing and maintaining our Faith exclusively in Christ and the Cross. This is the only way Grace flows in a Child of Gods life. This Child of God is considered weak, humble, and broken before God. (THE BEATITUDES MATTHEW 5)

We live by what Jesus Christ did by Grace through Faith Who loved us and gave Himself for us at the Cross of Calvary where the victory was won (Rom. 6:3-5, Philippians 1:21); His Obedience (Philippians 2:8, John 10:18), His Faith (Gal. 2:20-21), and His Love (Faith works by Love -Gal. 5:6). It is not our obedience, not our faith, and not our love, that we live by. Rom. 8:2, Gal. 2:18

In other words, place and maintain your Faith exclusively in Christ and His Finished Work at Calvary Cross (The Blood of Jesus) where the victory was won and receive all the benefits of this Resurrection Life (the help of the Holy Spirit). Romans 8:2

Obeying Jesus Christ is not an act of the law.

You are gravely mistaken.

We are been given a new nature, empowered by the Spirit, so that we can obey Him, instead of obeying the sinful desires of our flesh.

Obeying Jesus Christ becomes ”Law” if it is not done by our Faith placed and maintained exclusively in Christ and His Finished Atoning Sacrificial Work at Calvary Cross where the victory was won. If Righteousness comes by the “Law” (what we do) Christ is dead in vain. Gal. 2:18, 21

This is the only way the Holy Spirit will help a Believer (Rom. 8:2). Whatsoever that is not of Faith in Christ and Him Crucified is “SIN (the Law of Sin and Death).”

We obey Jesus because He is Lord, because He was obedient to the cross, and because He was raised from the dead.

Obeying Jesus Christ is how we will receive eternal salvation.

“9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus (confess that Jesus is the Lord of Glory, and the Saviour of men, and that He died on the Cross that we might be Saved), and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead (pertains to the Bodily Resurrection of Christ, as is obvious), you shall be Saved (it is that simple!).

10 For with the heart man believes unto Righteousness (presents the word “believing” in a mode of “thinking,” not of feeling; the “believing” has to do with believing Christ, and that His Sacrifice of Himself Atoned for all sin); and with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation (when Faith comes forth from its silence to announce itself and proclaim the Glory and the Grace of the Lord, its voice “is confession”).” Romans 10:9-10

This is what Galatians 2:21 says

I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.” Galatians 2:21

Grace is given to us so that we are empowered to obey.

Grace is the Holy Spirit; the Spirit of grace.

The is no such thing as “placing and maintaining our faith in the cross”.

We trust in God.

Confessing Jesus as Lord, is how we obey the Gospel.

Continuing to obey Jesus as our Lord, is how we continue to obey the Gospel.

Very simple

The Miracle of God’s Word

Philippians 3:17
Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.

Never forget that it is our Faithful Lord Jesus Christ who is speaking through the Apostle Paul to the Church, that they TOGETHER BE FOLLOWERS OF HIM. We know that he is speaking of continuing in THE FAITH (Romans 12:3, Galatians 2:20), of Christ, which is maintaining faith in the cross of Christ. We know this because in the very next line he writes that he is warning of those who are enemies of the cross. Enemies of the cross do not always have the initial appearance of being so, for Jude says that they creep in among us (Jude 4) unawares.

The closer we get to the return of Christ for His Bride, The Church, deception is going to be greater than ever before. Never forget that deception is, “I don’t know that I don’t know, while I think I do.” There is a way which seems right to man, but the end of that way is death (Proverbs 14:12, 16:25). Death ALWAYS speaks of separation, and we need earnestly to remember and cling to the Truth that removed, and maintains the removal of our separation from God which is faith in what He did to reconcile us, which was the giving of His Son, The Lord Jesus Christ. Many have come in by Way of the Cross, but have gone out through the many other ways offered by Satan, the world and the lust of their flesh (2 Peter 2:21).

The Miracle of God’s Word

Philippians 3:18
(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:

If you look at what the Apostle Paul wrote to all the churches under the leading of God, The Holy Spirit compared to what is ministered today, you will see a HUGE difference. Warnings are on every single page of our Bibles, but for the most part they are overlooked. It is only those who are fighting the good fight of faith daily, to maintain their faith and trust in Christ and His work at the cross that will notice the warnings on every page. Something else we need to see is the reason The Lord warns His people so much. It surely is not exclusively so they can be sure to lay up treasures for themselves in heaven, but rather so they can continue in the Way of Righteousness, being the Way of the Cross of Christ.

The Lord shows us here that He had Paul telling the Philippians OFTEN that those who seek God and His Righteousness in any other avenue than that of faith in Christ and His work at the cross, are enemies of the cross. This not only speaks of those who have always rejected Christ and His work of Righteousness at the cross (Isaiah 32:17, 2 Corinthians 5:21), but also those who have known/received it, but have turned from it (2 Peter 2:21). Even the Child of God can be at enmity with God if they befriend the world (James 4:4). Even Satan uses warning so that God’s people will think the Minister cares for the flock, but the warning of the Holy Spirit is not limited to that which is obvious such as the cults that reject Christ, but also that which claims to receive and have Christ, but rejects His Way of the Cross for their daily lives.
