Why people get into drugs

In the USA 🇺🇸 the rise of drug and suicide related deaths of despair are linked to declining economic opportunities the rising costs of education and housing and overall growth in inequality. It isn’t that the USA is terrible it’s that the neoliberal policies have shredded the safety net and made the rich richer the poor poorer and decimated the middle classes.
regardless, it will fit into a cycle of masculinity that declines, and then ramps up from the decay and degeneracy- defeating the degeneracy phase and once again repeats, its clear to see that we are in the weak men phase as i believe.. 50% of the -18 males are regarding themselves as homosexual to some extent, and 10% are wanting to change their gender
its times like these that highlights the quote "only when it is dark can you see the stars"
"Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed."

80% of spirits are evil and psychedelics will make you vulnerable and very attractive to all sorts of spirits
Where did you get the 80% ? There are only two sorts of spirits , Spirits of God's realm and spirits of satan's realm .
i was not a christian back when i did those drugs, but if i had not i would not have been a christian now
God was merciful enough to direct you toward Christ even when you were seeking something else . Do not give credit to your use of psychedelics .
alcohol- which many christians do use, is also called "spirits". it will also open you up to demons. it will test your character, and i have known people who failed the tests both with psychedelics but also with alcohol- i will claim however that i have no recall of anyone that made beneficial choices in their lives through alcohol while i have come across many that detested various demonic influences, such as ironically drugaddiction, suicidal ideation, selfdestructive lifestyles- ATHEISM even!
Alcohol has the same potential to invite evil spirits in as the psychedelics and other drugs .
Christian Standard Bible Ephesians 5:18
And don’t get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless living, but be filled by the Spirit:
to get a bit extra controversial, there are references in the bible that explains jesus had an interaction with a plan that contains a powerful psychedelic substance: DMT, acacia bush- if my memory isnt all wrong that plant contains 0.7% of said substance.
Please provide the references you speak of so we can continue our discussion .

Now Moses was pasturing the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian; and he led the flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. The angel of the LORD appeared to him in a blazing fire from the midst of a bush; and he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, yet the bush was not consumed. So Moses said, “I must turn aside now and see this marvelous sight, why the bush is not burned up.” When the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” Then He said, “Do not come near here; remove your sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.” He said also, “I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Then Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look at God (Exod 3:1–6).

experience and other peoples experiences, exorcists even- its an approximate so its redundant to argue a pedantic point about exact numbers of something that can never be quantified anyhow- i would argue yet more however, that i have ran into spirits of the dead, "ghosts" and even spirits of dead animals, neutral spirits of nature are also a thing if you want to put your trust in exorcists

I know it's not the answer. The answer is of course Jesus Christ.
But I do have empathy for people who choose a"shortcut" to the truth.
Saying "Yes' to God means hard work and diligence and self discipline, if we are to succeed. Oh and grace too, sorry.
But drugs are tempting. That heavy weight, that crippling anxiety. It would gradually disappear after my 3rd or 4th beer. I used to use pseudoephedrine to clear my head. That helped with headaches. But I became addicted.
Some of us. Well many of us are weak. Soft options are more attractive sometimes. Becoming a Christian can sound very uncool when you are young and want to maximise party-time pleasure.
Sometimes we need a vacation from our minds. We need fresh insights. Fresh emotions. Fresh joy. Fresh air!
I am 16 years old and I have to admit it burns when I can't indulge my flesh... I know God is calling me to seriously commit right here and right now and not wait till I'm 30 or 40+ to commit.

Thank God I've never done drugs, but I do know drugs are to numb your pain from life and reality and because the burden of sin is so heavy drugs are used to escape that conviction.
