Wicked in the Bible

If someone is minding their own business and doing nothing wrong, and some people try and be wicked to that person, I think Psalm 109 is relevant. The person can try praying about it. Wickedness can take different forms for example trying to provoke, harrass, falsely accuse, try and make someone feel low or angry

Someone may not care if there are cameras witnesses or police, if they are minding own business and doing nothing wrong and get someone for bullying them, the bully would cause it not the person minding their own business.

That's right. One can be a serial killer but as long as they believe in Christ, they're going to be immensely rewarded in the hereafter.
I have known one of those types. Donald Miller of Lansing MI. "Strong devout christian," attended a bible study I was at on my freshman year of college; but turned out to have killed his fiancee and then half a dozen other women who looked like her.

Another guy I knew after he got out of prison said he met Miller in there and was still acting like a "jesus freak." Like he had never done any of that stuff.
