Wow! You are [posting] like the Heb. 5 ones. You miss the point all together.

There is Acts 4:12's NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN to be Saved than through Christ. And these ALL are [[[IN CHRIST]]] Rom. 8:1 & are to be LED OF THE HOLY SPIRIT! ibid 14. SAVED NO OTHER WAY, CHRIST ONLY & ONLY BY CHRIST. That is the Born Again START ONLY!!! Acts 5:32

Now comes one going from the babe of Heb. 5 'IF WE CAN?' onward. Heb. 6:3 'And this will we do, if God permit.' But your posting say's that you can 'witness to your young'ins in eating anything that God documents as unclean', and if you are alive when Christ comes again, that you will be saved'? And that THINKING is not in ones baby stage of today?? (no question intended!) but all Heb. 6 ones are in the required stage of maturity when Christ comes! (And in this case, it is the Heb.6:1-6 on) And if one just will not mature? Then Heb. 6:6 applies!

So: Just for these ones 'young'in', (not the Heb. 5 babes) we see a verse 6 where even these 'clean meat fed' 'MADE PARTAKERS OF THE HOLY GHOST' ones [[can come to the place that they just flat out will not be 'LED' of the Holy Ghost any further!]]

Remember now that these ones are not Heb. 5's babes! They become as Cain in Gen. 4:7. They ARE SAVED they say, now what more does God NOW REQUIRE?
Again notice the verse documenting 'once enlightened', and 'have tasted of the word of God', and 'WERE MADE PARTAKERS OF THE HOLY GHOST'.

And NO, there are two class seen above. And there is in the last days that we are living in matured requirements required! Dan. 12:4, Rev. 18:4, Hosea 4:6, Rev. 3:16, Nah. 1:9 finds that this is what salvation is all about, MATURING to be safe to save for all of Eternity! Phil. 4:13 + 2 Cor. 12:9 finds all Provisions freely given if we will be 'LED'??

But finally.. these.. you'ones grow up in 'maturity'. Yet, in the past you 'see' that your kids followed your prior 'TESTIMONY' and died even before 'their time' because of you!

There is no such command in The Gospel. The circular reasonings of personal self justifications unto other believers always land back in the same dark spot. Potential Eternal Death to other believers who do not do like you.

Ah, you believe Hebrews 5 allows you to condemn believers to potential eternal death for eating pork and ELIMINATES Col. 2:16?

Here is what is being shown from within your heart:

Hebrews 4:
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The thoughts and intents of your heart is in reality to condemn believers to potential eternal death, and is WORN UPON YOU LIPS, openly.

Were it not pork or saturday, it would be some other measure to feed and to show the intentions therein.

I hear what you are saying. And I feel the pain you are expressing. And I think that from this post I am gaining insight into the "Agape Love" thread?

What is love though? Is it "tuff' love? Is it 'do this' and 'don't do that' love?

1Jo 3:16 By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.

Was His love manifested in the LAW? No, His Holiness and Righteousness is however. The law of Moses was for the hearers of it. But those who were not under it were not condemned by it. However, You and I both know that the Eternal Law of God condemns everyone, by it all are brought under conviction and a judgment of GUILTY.

So, we know that when Paul deals with the 'law' as it applies to Gentiles and condemnation, we know He is referring to the Eternal Law.

Col 2:13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

Col 2:14 by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.

Col 2:15 He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

Col 2:16 Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath.

Col 2:17 These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ.

I know you do not believe this, but Paul is dealing with the Eternal Law in this passage. The 'temporal law' of Moses could not and can not confine someone other than a Jew under trespasses to God. In other words, a Gentile could not trespass against God by not following the law of Moses. Only through the Eternal Law could they trespass against the Living God.

The "record of Debt" to the 'uncircumcised' Gentile, was the Eternal Law of God. We know that they are a 'shadow', thats not to say they are not real, however. Shadows are very real indeed. They can only happen when light shines on the 'thing' that casts the shadow. And interestingly enough, while the real thing is surrounded in light, the shadow is darkness. It is death.

However, when we see the love of God which is manifested in the person of Christ, who fulfilled the Righteous and Holy Eternal Law, we then 'die' with Him and are 'seated' with Him in the heavenly places.

Col 2:20 If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations--

Col 2:21 "Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch"

Col 2:22 ( referring to things that all perish as they are used)--according to human precepts and teachings?

Col 2:23 These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.

These things that concern you have absolutely no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh. When we 'submit' to the regulations that bring about the wrath of God, we 'enslave' ourselves to them. However, when we consider ourselves as the Spiritually reborn people who we are, then we seek the things above, and not the things that we see (smoking, drinking, eating...).

Col 3:1 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.

Col 3:2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.

Col 3:3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

Col 3:4 When Christ who is your [fn] life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

Col 3:5 Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

We need to not just say "oh well, we are FREE to do anything", but rather while here on the earth, we should be putting to death the things that are "earthly" in us. Sexual Immorality, Impurity, Passion, Evil Desire, and Covetousness which is Idolatry.

These are the things we should be focusing on. Let the rest be taken care of in its due time. The things that are completely physical and temporal have absolutely NO benefits to the spiritual and earthly things that still war against us. What we eat and when we worship will never again effect us the way it did. The reason why is because we have the Spirit of God living in us.

Food and the flesh will be destroyed. Obliterated. Days, weeks, months, years will all be destroyed. Obliterated. Eternity is just that. It is not numbered or 'recorded'.

"In the beginning God...." Was it really the beginning of God? NO. It was the beginning of what we know. And we know that because there WAS a beginning, there WILL be an end. But when the end comes, it will only be the perfection of eternity. And then all will be clean, and all will be acceptable. Love is the fulfillment of the law. The fulfilling of the law is not love. The first fulfillment of the law in all of History brought forth the death of the one who fulfilled it. And the death He died, He died for all who will accept Him as the fulfillment of it.

Yes, you can BELIEVE that I believe God Words below are Eternal! And they are not Moses laws. If you can find even [one] of your [posted] remarks in the Only thing that God Alone WROTE in HIS Word + Put into [the Born Again Heart].. Isa. 8:20 + Heb. 10:15-16, 2 Cor. 3:3 put it in here.

And God did have the clean & unclean long before Moses law's even, if God is Believed? Gen. 7:1-2. And Adam ate NO Flesh food before then either!Gen. 1:29-30. Pluss God gave us a BRAIN! Which is the healthyest??

And FINISHED?? Now you have just did away with the Eternal ten! Heb. 13:20. But come on back & tell us it is only the forth Command that Christ FINISHED, huh. See Isa. 42:21 for MAGNIFIED, the Ten that Christ did! Hate is murder, lust is adultary. And IT IS LAWFUL to do good on the 7th Day Sabbath! Unless you want to dump them all?? James 2:8-12. And this is the [STANDARD BY WHICH ONE IS TO BE JUDGED BY]!!
