Having "deep pockets" isn't a reason to sue somebody. I hadn't read the article until just now. I couldn't play the video for some reason, but the article says that it was paramedics, not Home Depot staff that freed her. If anyone did anything wrong and should be sued, it's the person who put the glue on the seat and the paramedics who didn't respond in the right way. Home Depot didn't do anything wrong as far as I can see.
