This was some kind of DoD exercise that occurred in November and enough VIPS watched the exercise to require a set of bleachers to be set up. Any connection to OKC is tenuous at best.

the military will use civilians to train with for combat missions

at camp blanding we did that last year brought over arabs and arab citizens to train us for war. so that we would be ready for combat . we used trucks and civy cars for that purpose. to simulate training

what should we just have area 51 built out in the open so that sl can touch and see it all and then expect the enemy not to spy? its called cover for a reason. they may have just fence that in just for that to cover, and btw even from the air that fence isnt cover. and the tents, maybe people stay there and there storage!


of course that wouldnt be needed as it doenst have an atmosphere there.
