When the mighty all have fallen, and the powerful's left alone,
When the empires start to wither, Our God's still on His throne.
When the governments defeated, and the world's beyond repair,
When the hero is forgotten, Our God will still be there.
When the sage has lost his wisdom, When the well is almost dry,
When evils starts to cast it's spell, Our God is still on high.
When darkness casts a shadow, when the rivers start to drain,
When the strong begin to falter, Our God will still remain.
If the mountains start to crumble, or the stars fall from the sky,
When life gets so confusing that the truth becomes a lie.
When exploItation's overcome, and the wicked lose their hold,
Then maybe then they'll realise, Our God is in control.
His Glory has no ending, His Kingdom will prevail,
His truth goes on forever, and His love will never fail.
With a passion for His children, to His people He will tend,
Alpha and Omega, beginning and the end.......Amen.
