I wasn't aware that Paul had access to the King James Version. From what I have read, it was still around 1,550 years in the future.

I agree. It's stated that God exists outside of time, but how? Seems to me that even outside of time there has to be one moment following another. I don't know if it's just because I'm not as well grounded in the sciences as I'd like to be, or whether it's impossible for us to understand, but...
