stand by GOD has not appointed us to wrath

Amen, God has not appointed us to wrath.

All the Church, both the living and dead in Christ will be caught up together to be with the Lord in the air, when He pours out His wrath on the antichrist and the wicked.

I'll just answer with this,
which is the most tactful thing I can come up with for you ...
Hope yer around when everyone is being forced to take the
mark of the beast ... then you'll see many cowardly BACs!
We'll see how many of yer chess men are still standing.
Wake up!

What a horrible thing to hope. If you are around watching people you know and love take the mark, are you going to gloat and say "haha, look at all those fake Christians! they'll get what they deserve?"

And btw, Jesus Christ is coming for his church before the Anti-Christ shows up. We'll be celebrating the wedding feast and then return with him.

In your quote of Matthew 22:11-14, you are missing that the wedding clothes are a picture of our salvation, being washed in Jesus' blood shed on the cross.
If we show up in our own clothes or our own version of righteousness, we won't be dressed properly.

Isaiah 64: 6 We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a polluted garment.
We all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.

Philippians 3: 9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith—

In other words, my attempt at covering myself with fig leaves will fail, which is why Adam and Eve hid from God. He provided a proper covering for them. Genesis 3.

Lastly, Revelation 21:7-8 . . cowardly, unbelieving and abominable are all adjectives used to describe the nouns that follow. If cowards were a group of people akin to murders then the list would read "cowards, unbelievers, etc".

Please stop mangling God's word to suit your doctrine.

Three things will take place at His coming:

  1. The resurrection of the dead in Christ
  2. The Rapture
  3. The destruction of the antichrist

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17

And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 2 Thessalonians 2:8

And those slaves went out into the roads and gathered everyone whom they found, both evil and good, and the wedding celebration was filled with dinner guests.
Matthew 22:10 - https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Matthew 22:10&version=LEB
Interesting Chessman.
I'll say this:
A person could be evil or good before they come to know God.
Not everyone who is born again was an evil person.
I happened to be a nice "good" person,,,but I was still lost and separated from God.

It's whether or not we end up dressed in the proper clothes that will determine if we're invited to the Marriage Banquet.
Mathew 22:11-13

that is a very good point many think because they are like you was they are ok. Jesus said we must be born again ..for some odd reason we lose sight of who can go to heaven its not our job to judge who is saved and who is not. there are red flags of caution that lets us know . reason for great concern that they might not be. .my self i was no good cussed worse than a sailor told filthy jokes used God name in vain. but thanks to Calvary i dont live there anymore

i like though for some odd reason the attempt to cloth i never saw from this point of view :amen

Didn’t you just say whoever has been born of God does not sin (habitually) then in another post say that habitual sinners include BACs?
Which statement is the correct statement about BACs???
Perhaps John meant that whoever has been born of God
is not (theoretically) supposed to sin (habitually).

Which is similar to Paul's problem in Romans 6
where he says they became slaves of righteousness (v.18)
... but then tells them to present their members as
slaves of righteousness for holiness (v.19)!

Actual (theoretical) position vs. Actual (in practice) reality.

In 2018, I believe God has told several of His "people" there will be a snatching away of His special remnant (firstfruits) before the antichrist pours out his wrath on believers.
Some of the latter will be on the run to escape him
after refusing to submit to taking the mark of the beast.

Yes, sorry, but there are fully sanctified (holy) believers
and there are believers who are not such!

Perhaps you are not aware that Jesus called His 12 disciples
"evil" (see Luke).
Let's see ... you were good (before becoming a BAC),
but the 12 disciples were all evil (before they became BACs).
Great.

Do you know what presumption is?

One of the things that always stands out at me when I read St. Matthew's account of the Last Judgement in the 25th chapter of his Gospel is the reaction by both the sheep and the goats upon the pronouncement of their judgement: Both are completely surprised by the verdict rendered.

she was a good /moral person you the kind people who on the outwardly by actions appear to be saved.. in her case what she was saying even though she was a good person she had to come the way of the cross and be saved . you appear to either be mocking her or slandering her. i appreciate her testimony and so should you . i hate we got off on the wrong foot .but when you pull the grammar police on me that dont sit well. i have said many times my grammar English skills stink . i am not a writer but i will assure you face to face i can hold my own . i am very familiar with calvinism attitudes . i have went head to head several times in carm .

I identify with this story personally.

I have been the prodigal son, and come back to Him.

I have learned how much He loves me, and desires the best for me, but He also allows us to choose between what He wants for us, and what we think we need.

It’s frightening when I look back on what He has brought me through, and what He saved me from, after I became a Christian.

It makes me love Him all the more.

God is good, and His mercy endures forever.

I will say this, it’s up to us to repent and return to Him if we have strayed away.

I can testify of that as in how many times I ran away from Him unto my own foolishness, but yet He waited patiently for me to return back to Him. Do I fail Him at times, yes, but yet He will never leave me or forsake me as even where I fail Him at times He makes me stronger through my failures as I learn and am strengthened through the areas of my weakness.

IMO, they were both surprised at what Jesus expected of them.
But, the righteous did what Jesus expected of them,
while the unrighteous did not.

That's simple reading comprehension and basic grammar. Look up the word cowardly and you'll see the classification "adjective" in the definition.
You mean an adulterous person is different that an adulterer?
You mean only one of these is an adulterer? ...
(1) an adulterous person, and (2) an adulterer

Lots of thoughts when I read this parable. Too many to put too much down, but one overriding theme in them is guilt. Just a lesson of God's love and feeling guilty for what we do. If it's alright I'm going to put a few down without going into more detail on each.

•the three parables that this parable is assoiciated with and is the last one. Including a women searching her home for a coin (later found out is a day's wage). A Shepard leaving his flock to search for the sheep that wandered away. And a son who unlike the other two parables showing our value, the father lets him go, and instead of searching for him waits for him to return. All three show God's love to us. Each one celibrated finding the treasure.

•the two sons. One like a spoiled kid wants what he wants, and takes his inheritance (half his father's possession?) leaves and loses it all. The other one hard working never leaves, sees the celibration and gets jealous and angry. I think between the two of them fits all that men and women can be. Lost and rebellious with a hope of redemption, or hardworking and striving at being obedient and right, but just as easily burning with anger to those who are doing wrong. Anger expecially if they get rewarded for all they do instead of punished.

•The love of the Father. He lets the son go. Probabley a sad and broken hearted moment. If not also feeling betrayed. Also the reception. Sees the son in the distance and runs to greet him. Ve em reproves the anger of the other son to show how much he is glad.

All of these things should be lessons of love of God and be an encouragement. Confidance in Him and strength in His love. Instead for me The last parable showing God's love fills me with guilt. Because I am both of the sons. It's a warning to me to not walk away, but even if you do God will let us return. It's a warning that if you stay to not lose a humble heart and ba angry with your brothers in faith.
