At least by this statement you’re now a little closer to what Paul actually said than you were before by claiming Paul is ‘warning’ the church not to be a partaker of God’s wrath.
Paul is absolutely warning us, not to be partakers of God’s wrath that is coming upon the sons of disobedience.
Paul’s not warning the church. What is it that Paul’s warn the Church, that the sons of disobedience will partake of?
Do you believe that a Christian’s flesh will inherit the Kingdom of God?
You will need to answer my question(s), going on three now, 1 in this thread and two in the other.
Question -
- What is it that Paul’s warns the Church, that the sons of disobedience will partake of?
Paul plainly says the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, because of “these things”.
You yourself have admitted such.
For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them.
Ephesians 5:5-7
- because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
The sons of disobedience will partake of God’s wrath, because of “these things”.

Great posts.
It's astonishing and sad to see how rampant antinomianism has become in modern Protestantism.
The above is echoed in the following verses"those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."
No assumption in my question.
I rephrased the question so you can understand it better.
What is it that Paul’s warns the Church, that the sons of disobedience will partake of?
I understood your questions. Just like I understand the question; Have you stopped beating your wife yet? They both have a built in premise that’s not been shown to be true.
I don’t agree that I’ve ever started beating my wife (because I haven’t) nor do I agree that Paul’s warning the church (because he’s not).
You could rephrase your question without your assumption quite simply by asking a different question; What is it that Paul tells the Church, that the sons of disobedience will partake of?
