The concept of free will

No matter freewill cannot be the right phrase to have freedom inside the law and the realtionship of God. We see there in hebrew and latin it exist. And humans have been trying to explain what is freedom, what to do good and evil is, and what is the purpose of us. The point is to give that relationship to God and let him have 80% of your decision give him more.

There is an answer for that question and there is a personla mission we are sent here. God has perfect freewill he can do whatever he wants. Lucifer ( angels ) and you ( humans ) we cannot but still we are sent for a purpose and we do recieve things and salvation. Look for the simple and right answer and God will deliver you are not perfect only God is.

Do we have freedom ? Yes. Did we get chances in life not only does God give us yes or no to us obeying the law of his. He gave a choice for you to search for your girl, to do good, to do bad, to do what we have done we have many. Don't be like those people in society who says God didn't give me a choice he decided everything for me. He did let you choose and you can choose to be baptized or not. You can choose and if you want to choose your life now you can.

FREEWILL
By Joe R. Price

God did not predestine the man (which individuals would be saved & lost), He predestined the plan (how men would be saved) - read again Acts 10:34-35; Eph. 1:3-12; Rom. 8:28-30; 10:9-17.

The Bible reveals that regarding free-will and predestination it is not one or the other, but rather both. That is, the Bible teaches both the free-will of man and God's election or predestination. Unfortunately the teachings and creeds of men have misdefined these Biblical concepts so that the impression is left that one cannot have both, but only one or the other. We must accept the whole counsel of God on this subject instead of the wisdom of men (Gal. 1:6-10; 1 Cor. 1:18-21).

Many people teach that man either has no free-will (fatalism) or limited amounts of it. The Bible teaches that every person with a moral capacity has the freedom of will to decide whether or not to obey God. Simply put, the Bible teaches that God elected (predestined or set in place) to save every soul who fears (respects) God and works righteousness, (Acts 10:34-35). That is, before time eternal, God predestined that men would be saved "in Christ" (Eph. 1:3-4, 7-12). God predestined the "plan" of human redemption (cf. Eph. 3:10-11).

God also determined that man would have free-will, the ability and responsibility to choose to obey Him (cf. Gen. 3:1-6; Josh. 24:15; Matt. 11:28). God did not predestine the man (which individuals would be saved & lost), He predestined the plan (how men would be saved) - read again Acts 10:34-35; Eph. 1:3-12; Rom. 8:28-30; 10:9-17.

More issues with free willy-ism (man self-determining their salvation)

Joseph Stalin caused the death of 20-60 million people many of whom might have gone on to be saved later but their supposed Free Will if Joseph Stalin had not intervened. So, free willies have a problem with God the Creator determining your Eternal Destiny but they're fine with your eternal Destiny being determined by the freewill of another as in this example. You have a problem with God the Creator determining Eternal Destinies of men because that's just morally unbelievably insane and reprehensible but free willies are perfectly okay with other people's Free Will determining another people's destiny. God just stands by and lets it happen. Is this supposed to be of a more acceptable view? Does not God’s allowing millions to be murdered compromise my freewill to the point that it is not free to choose due to my death prior to my free will conversion?

What we choose is severely limited by our desires, but our desires are not freely chosen as Adam caused us to have a sin nature. We simply cannot choose to obey God without having our desires radically reorganized (some would say regenerated)—and we are powerless to do this on our own. Apart from God and left to our sinful selves, we will choose sin (Psalm 14:1-3, 53:1-3; Romans 3:10-12).

Billions of people have died without knowledge of Christ. How do they exercise Free Will to believe in Christ to be saved?
“Free will” would make prayer for someone’s salvation irrelevant. “Free will” would make the influence of family and Christians irrelevant. Statistically, there is a definite correlation between believing parents and the probability of believing offspring which is contrary to the ‘free will’ postulate.
Amazingly, free will, somehow works differently than the rest of the universe. You can magically chose to choose what you want to choose despite your greatest desire, despite “cause and effect”, despite your depraved disposition sustained by God. How can this be?
Job 41:11 Who has first given to Me, that I should repay him? Whatever is under the whole heavens is Mine. Free Willies respond: Lord, you must repay my self-determined faith with eternal bless. Lord, you owe me for I have reason to boast as I saved myself via my self-determined faith.

  • Why do “freewill” proponents say “Lord willing"? James 4:15
  • If freewill is true, why "pray" for the salvation of another?
  • If freewill is true, why do people so strongly tend to have the religious or non-religious views of their parents?
Self-determined salvific faith (free willy-ism) is by definition a proponent of WORKS salvation for it is something you must do to save yourself.
