She wants to get back together, but are you sure you want to get back together?
You might want to tell her that you would like to wait about 6 months to a year so that you can grow in your walk with the Lord.
After spending some time growing in your own faith, then the two of you could see about getting back together again.
This would be especially helpful if your previous relationship with her included any ungodly behavior such as having sex.
Jesus spoke of the parable of the seeds in which some seeds were scattered amongst weeds and then the weeds choked out the new life which sprouted from the seeds. The seed represented a person who received in God's word and the weeds were the cares of the world. Relationships can be challenging, especially when there was a previous break up and now there seems to be some trust issues. These cares can possibly put your new faith in jeopardy, especially if another break up happens.
From now on, the most important relationship you have is your relationship with the Lord. Putting Him first now will only serve to strengthen all other relationships you have, including the one with this woman, should the two of you eventually get back together.
