I am learning Japanese and I would LOVE to practice with someone who knows it!
If there's no one around, that's ok.

What languages can you speak?

I tried Japanese, tough language. Made up my mind that learning higher mathematics would be easier and it is!

I speak CW - it's a form of the morse code alphabet used in Ham Radio.

I have no idea how to comprehend that- but it looks pretty cool!

I've tried learning other languages a few times, but I've had a hard time with it. And I haven't even tried learning any really difficult languages like Japanese, Russian or Spanish. Just the easy ones, like Latin, Ancient Greek and Biblical Hebrew, as well as a few more complicated ones like Norwegian, Swedish and German. I've picked up a smattering of all of those languages, but not much of any of them.

I speak Portuguese fairly well but not fluently.

I once learned how to count to 10 in Finnish, but I only remember "yksi kaksi". I lived in Sweden for about a year once, but I was only 2 1/2 when I moved there, so I don't remember it. But when I tried learning Swedish, it came back to me pretty quickly. I could probably learn Swedish if I really tried. I don't think I could handle Finnish, though.

:lol, your going there! finnish is very hard language to learn

Just English here. And a limited capacity of Spanish words. I know a few Japanese words, too, but only because I watch so much anime and read manga, really. (Although I usually watch English dubs, if they are available.) I think the san and kun prefixes (if that's what they are called?) are cute. I sometimes like to call my dog Treader-kun. (My cat? His earned nicknames are psycho and butt nugget.)
I can swear in Japanese...although that's probably not a good thing.:oops2

I actually never finished learning Spanish. If I couldn't even finish that (and I could have, I just kinda...stopped), then I don't even want to think about trying the super hard languages.
