Yes, my mother-in-law brought me to Christianity and is an upright, gracious Christian woman and we do talk a lot about scripture and her crossing over and she is very peaceful.

    I think I did a testimony but I can't remember right now....

Good Morning...she is home from the hospital and we are treating her with in home hospice. My husband just left for work so I am with her right now....we do not live far from her so my husband stays the night and I am here from 5AM-7PM. Then I go home, etc...it seems to be working out and she is comfortable. I have appreciated so much your thoughtfulness.

I did read Paul's testimony.....very interesting and I appreciate anybody who has the courage to share their experiences.

Good Morning, farouk. Hope you and your's have a wonderful day.
Loved the chewing gum stuff, good laugh.
Nothing like that down here. I doubt we'll be affected at all. I think the storm system is moving north into Canada (which may be unfortunate for you ,depending on where in Canada you are).

We've been getting sun and 30+ degrees recently, although there seems to be a cold change coming in this afternoon. I am predicting rain this evening, which is good because while I can handle the heat, the humidity seriously annoys me :grumpy

I have been watching many reports of Sandy and it doesn't look good. Last I heard 6 million people (or households, can't remember) were without power. Trying to get power back to NYC has got to be a massive challenge. And I believe parts of the subway system are flooded. NE America is certainly in my prayers. At least from what I hear Obama is handling this well, which could be a problem for Romney come next week.
I'm not from NJ I live an hour south of Erie on the NW side of PA. We are in the beautiful foot hills of the Allegheny Forest and it is beautiful here with the rolling hills and rivers. Hubby and I even have a camp on the river.
Yes, God is good. All we got was rain and high winds, but no damage. We do need to keep those in New Jersey in our prayers as they were hit the hardest and many homes and lives were lost there.

She is coming home Thursday or Friday and we are going to help her finish out her final days with the help of the hospice. Thank you so much for asking....
Hi, doing great here and very blessed we did not get anything, but rain from Sandy. It's pretty calm out right now and need to go pick up some little branches that came down in the wind. How have you been? I do come and go in here as I'm involved with three different forums. I will go check out what you submitted. God bless and see ya around the forums.
No, we shouldn't be traditional for the sake of tradition. We should carefully review Scripture's words and take it realistically as God's critique on our viewpoint, traditional or not.

I'm not very traditional on the view of women and authority. Most of what I do say that's traditional is because I can't realistically understand Scripture any differently.
I'm doing about like usual. My Bible study group had a worship service this evening, and it was awesome. How are you?
Took me a minute to figure out how to work these messages. Yeah, we're in busy season at work so my posting will be hit or miss until about Thanksgiving.
I can contemplate Tissot's paintings for hours. I will add more to my album soon. ;)
