This teacher came to the church I was going to in the mid '90's in Santa Rosa. His name is Bradley Stuart. He has cerebral palsy, but he was a pretty powerful teacher on prayer/intercession etc. I believe he goes into some of the gifts as well. Pretty amazing testimony also...- researcher
