    Yes Bird's nest Farouk, and bird's nest beverage also. Special typs of swallows nest, they use their saliva to glue it together, boil the nest and the saliva with all the antibodies comes out. Very healthful. I usually try to have it twice a month but very expensive.

    Kathi, if you've ever eaten Thai or any S.E. Asian stir fries from an authentic restaurant, the chances are, that what you thought was soft, dark brown tofu was pigs blood. Very healthy food full of iron and minerals and nearly pure protein, about ).01% fat. Yummo!
