Was the devil already sent out of heaven before the creation of the univere Or was he sent out of heaven after the creation of the universe?

I have read the Book of Genesis and the Account of Creation. If the devil was sent out of heaven before the Creation...I wonder where he was sent to.

If he was sent out of heaven after the creation then....:dunno

He couldn't have been sent out before creation since he is a created being and therefore didn't exist before creation.

The devil was actually made by GOD HIMSELF. My emphasis is on: the account of creation.


We know God made them all for Adam and Eve (Gen 1).
