ABC's "V" Series - End Time Alien Deception?

The Serpent and it's seed says that we will not surly die, but God and Yahshua say that we will die. So who do you think is telling the truth? :study
 
Man how did it get from watching "V" to this.. Angels no angel, angels with wings to angels with no wings, to how many times we have each read the bible, you can read it a million times and unless you take heed to its teaching that Jesus is the only way to salvation, then its nothing more than a paper weight. I by no means have the sole special hidden facts about the end times and the devil's deception. But I do know this...The world is going to be deceived and Jesus called him the Antichrist! He will spring onto the world like a wolf. Those that are unfortunate to be in his way will suffer. A false religion will come along with him.. The only way to make it through is a firm belief in the Savior Jesus Christ...
 
OK then, ET or Messenger. Who decides? In the Old Testament the Hebrew word "Malak" is TRANSLATED as messenger about 50% of the time. The other times it is INTERPRETATED as angels. The words "angel" and "messenger" are very different words. Now what do you think about that? Does anyone here know the difference between a translation and a interpretation?

you seem to like us hebrews as the reference , so then you dont accept hell but heaven? odd the jews say neither may be or both. they really dont know. they dont focus on the afterlife but in the here and now. after perhaps that verses about heaven could be a parable too.

maybe theres no heaven and that the Lord is on the earth.

no i dont beleive that.
 
Annihilationism like Universalism is against the forum rules on many Christian forums, and the reasons are:

Annihilationism over the eternal punishment of the wicked is refuted biblically by examining the word 'aion' and 'aionos' which are the Greek words used throughout the N.T. to describe the eternal state of the wicked. Often proponents of the Annihilationism view will attempt to present the notion that 'aion' and 'aionos' do not really mean forever and ever, and do not mean eternal at all, but rather only a limited amount of time. Therefore the wicked aren't actually eternally in existence forever and ever, but only tormented and punished a limited finite amount of time.

However, this is a great flaw in the Annihilationism viewpoint. The reason is because if this premise were actually true; then the same level of consistency must also be applied when the terms 'aion' and 'aionos' are applied to the redeemed. In just as many places throughout scripture where we see the wicked eternally 'aion/aionos' suffering torment, we also see the redeemed eternally 'aion/aionos' reigning in Heaven with Christ. If 'aion/aionos' only means a finite, limited amount of time as Annhiliationism misinterprets, then for the redeemed Heaven will also be a limited stay; and nothing is eternal. The same scriptures that qualify God Himself as being eternal and forever and ever ('aion/aionos') must also be relegated to a limited time duration.

You are in error, Annihilationism is eternal. You are confusing two different issues. Is it that you do not know any better, or are you trying to confuse people because you are dishonest?

The word "heaven" was not introduced into scripture, nor does it have any symbolic use. It is a literal word meaning "place-s." There is a big difference in what Orthodox Jews and Judaic Christians believe, compared to those who are into Mysticism or Kabbalah. Any Jew who believe in angels or hell is into Mysticism. God also called the Earth heaven. Any good Christian or Jew is focused on the here and now.
 
so then why would the book of revalation say some things about heaven and it (new jerusalem) coming to the earth.

why are you even concerned with the end times? if what you say is true?

after all thats the future, we should Only be concerned with the here and now.

The Revelations are here now, and they are on going. But who is wise enough to see it?
