I think it's related to my mental disorders and dealing with them for so long, but I will also mention it to my drs in case it's something more physical. (Doubt it, though, as my most recent bloodwork was normal.)

Anxiety in particular can be draining. Exhausting. Treatments help a lot of people. But….

I’d personally recommend looking for biological causes because then maybe the anxiety will improve too.

Seeing as my blood work is done every quarter, I don't know what any physical cause could be. The bloodwork always comes back normal other than diabetes stuff

Maybe see about drug drug interactions? Antidepressants tend to boost antipsychotic blood levels. That can make a low gradually become the equivalent of a high dose. And that’s not factoring in diabetes medications.

I dunno 🤷‍♂️ just throwing out ideas 💡

Nutrition or lack of certain nutrients can cause issues. Most MDs are not into diet.
NDs are, but in most areas there is no belief in their thoughts.

Your post #5 also can fit.

Praying about what appropriate areas relate.

I honestly think most of the anxiety comes from sensory processing issues. Not all of it, but most.

Praying for God to give you energy, peace of mind, and a much-needed recovery time.

this post is new ground.
Job 12:7
The animals shall teach you.

Mount up on wings of eagle.
There are updrafts that an eagle uses to soar and thus gain altitude.

We may be a wing flapper and have no knowledge about thermal lift. May God reveal the adjustments in your understanding in how to soar above trouble.

The flood shall not overwhelm you.
The fish has gills. What would drown another animal, is home to the fish. I do not mean you need eagles wings or fish gills, but spiritually there is help all around us. Breath of life comes to our situations.

You shall run and not be weary. A runner develops breathing techniques that allows more oxygen to be made available during running. Fat reserves may supply energy too.

No the physical is not our total source. But where our ability to make it through life is limited, let us look for different ways others get through bad situations. Looking at animal life can help. God feeds the sparrow., and he knows your needs.

Sources of insight are everywhere.

I am feeling better overall. Been resting when I feel like I need it, also my mom gave me some extra multivitamins she had lying around.
