Jesus has a better sense of humour than you give Him credit for. I think he would find it amusing that Jerry is making such a big deal about masturbation.
I applaud glory for sticking to her guns. Jerry should not be encouraged to complain like this . It should be dealt with privately.

This makes me suspect you have a personal hang up about masturbation. Sorry to get personal but I've seen masturbation discussed on all other Christian forums I've visited. It's very common. Young people can be made to feel very guilty about it. It becomes unhealthy psychologically and emotionally. Sins of a sexual nature seem to be weaponised by some puritanical Christians. We all need to move on. Sins of hatred and prejudice. Now these are sins that are more damaging to individuals and society.

So we should not discuss certain habits in order to know if it is sinning against God! This man, being a Christian, that posted that thread believed it was not a sin and we were discussing this by giving him scriptures that showed it was sinful when it is done out of lustful thoughts. Scripture teaches us what lust is and the consequences of the unnatural acts, should we rip those pages out of the Bible because it speaks of lust!!! After all it was brought up in Christian Talk & Advice forum as Christians were discussing this sensitive subject in a mature manner giving this young man advice.

These are real issues even with Christians and brought up in the proper way should be opened for discussions. How else will they learn if they are not taught.

ok talk about oral sex because mastiurbation goes along with the same catagory . there is such a thing as privacy imagine have a 12 year old girl or boy read the post on mastuurbation . they then turn and say what is it? i expressed my opinion my God given right what i thought about it.. poof its removed censorship .just exactly like what was done with osas post.. they very subject i tried to warn about.. o but wait lets make a special section we can discuss this.. it ticks me off to be censored over my opinion its not the first time . so do as you please o wait lol you have my bad

I used to think free speech was a God given right that no one should censor.
But to be honest, I think it is a childish notion. "I can say and do whatever I like".
More representative of 2 year old tantrum phase.
