Christ applies redemption as well!

Made us dead to the Law ! 2

Now what does it mean to be dead to the Law ? Rom 7:4

4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Now understand, the Law, which is the strength of sin 1 Cor 15:56

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

Sin is Transgression of the Law 1 Jn 3:4 ! It means that we have been put to death to the curse of the Law Gal 3:13

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

We are dead to the curse of the Law, when Christ bare our sins [that were charged to him] in His Own Body on the Tree, He was then made a curse for us, redeeming us from the curse of the Law, so all for whom Christ died, are by that death alone dead to the curse of the Law, which in and of itself is an aspect of Salvation Ps 106:10

And he saved them from the hand of him that hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.

Isa 63:9

For many unlearned men would make a difference in being saved and being redeemed, they are the same !, just stated differently !

None whom Christ died for shall ever hear these words directed towards them as some will Matt 25:41

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 34

Made us dead to the Law ! 3

Rom 7:4

4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Now by the Body of Christ, that is to say , by His Death, we were made Dead to the Laws condemning power, which also means that, although we still sin daily in regards to God's Holy Moral Law, either by tongue, our thoughts or manifested actions out of the heart Matt 15:19 ,

Because by Christ's Death making us dead to the Law, none of those sins can be charged to us to condemn us before God,

Paul's words in Rom 8:33-34

33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Well that charge does include any charge or transgression against God's Law !

For instance, suppose one for whom Christ died/or a brother in Christ is guilty of what Jesus calls Adultery here Matt 5:28 and that word looking blepon means to gaze at, and its in the present tense, a continual state of gazing, lusting after her, at that time they are committing Adultery in their heart, a violation of the seventh commandment of the Moral Law of God See Ex 20:14, and before the eyes of a Holy God, this is worthy of death, even eternal death, the wrath of God Eph 5:6,

Yet this Transgression [see James 2:10-11] will not be and cannot be layed to their charge, God does not charge them with it because of what's stated in Rom 7:4 being dead to the Law by the Body of Christ !

Made us dead to the Law ! 4

Rom 7:4

4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Folks this is a profound Truth, they for whom Christ died are dead to the Law, and so they are dead to the severe consequences of having sinned against it, one such consequence is death; Recall back in 1 Cor 15:56 that the strength of sin is the Law :

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

Death has its right to reign because its the result of sinning against the Law, so the Law gives sin its power , which sin gives death its power. Death is the consequence of sin Rom 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Sin here was against God's Law or Command first by Adam's transgression from this Law/Command Gen 2:16-17

16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

So sense we become dead to the Law by the Body of Christ, sin cannot be charged, and so death, all types of it, can no longer be a Lawful consequence, hence all for whom Christ died, as a matter of Divine Justice must be redeemed out of death, that does include but not limited to Spiritual Death. Paul says Christ has abolished death 2 Tim 1:10

10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Thats why its important for all whom Christ died to be made alive unto God, hence all for whom Christ died, to validate the Truth that He for them has abolished death and that by His Body they are dead to the Law, they must be made alive unto God or another way of saying it is that they must be born again Eph 2:5

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened[made alive] us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)

If all for whom Christ died are not made alive, its a miscarriage of Justice, and it means that Christ's death did not abolish death !

Made us dead to the Law ! 5

Now what does this mean ? Rom 7:4

4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

If its indeed true that those who believe, were dead to the Law by the Body of Christ, again simply meaning by His Death, it means that Believers had a secret Union with Christ when He died for Our sins ! This is something that all religionists fail to understand, yet in order for Christ to have died legally for the sins of others 1 Cor 15:3, there had to be already established in the first place a legal union /bond, for that is first in importance; It had to be a Legal Ground and basis for God being able to charge Christ with sins of others in order for Him to die for them.

There had to be a preexisting condition/union, and that was established in the Eternal Purpose of God in Election before the Foundation of the World Eph 1:4, and so of Him [God the Father were we united to Christ, in Him with Legal Union 1 Cor 1:30

30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

Without such Union in Him, there was no basis for Him being a Kinsmen Redeemer for Redemption.

Thats why Paul wrote that He Loved and gave Himself for the Church Eph 5:25,26 which is His Body Vs 26, hence He was the Legal Head of His Body the Church, His Wife also, making it a Just cause before God, to charge His wifes sins to His account, or the sins of His Body to Him the Head ! 34

Made us dead to the Law ! 6

Continuing with that thought of Union with Christ legally, and because of it, who and what we are as sinners by nature, the children of wrath as others Eph 2:3, that was crucified with Christ, so we read Rom 6:6

6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

In the original, it would better read, " Knowing this, that our old man was [past tense] crucified with Him "

Thats True only because of being in Union with Him. The original word for crucified systauroō actually means:

I.to crucify along with the word with denoting a Union association ! Thats Union with Christ !

Paul says the same thing of himself personally, though as just seen, it applys to all for whom He died Gal 2:20

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Again, that's past tense, was crucified with Christ ! And notice, out of that and nevertheless he lived, out of being given Life from Christ !

Hence, it is no such thing as Christ dying for our sins without us already in the purpose of God being in Union with Him, those in 1 Cor 15:3

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

The Ones " Our sins" applies to, every last one of them had to be in Union with Christ at the Time He died for their sins ! BTW that is an Election Union ! 35

Made us dead to the Law ! 7

Now in light of the pre-existing union, a union all must have had with Him, if indeed He did die for them, for their sins, He accepted upon Himself the wages of their sins, which was death Rom 6:23, their debt of sin has been paid in full, He paid the debt in total for all of the Old man they are from the cradle to the grave Rom 6:6

6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

That Old Man covers all what they are by nature, children of wrath Eph 2:3 and as a result they are freed or Justified from sin, which is but another way of saying they were dead to the Law by the Body of Christ, Lets look at Rom 6:7

7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

He that is dead here means, he that was crucified with Christ, or died with Christ, that person, whomsoever they may be, is freed from sin.

That word freed is the greek word dikaioó:

I make righteous, defend the cause of, plead for the righteousness (innocence) of, acquit, justify; hence: I regard as righteous.

So he that died with Christ, he that is dead, is acquitted, justified from sin, and regarded as righteous ! See Rom 5:19 also !

So to be dead to the Law by the Body of Christ, means equally to be made righteous, justified, and acquitted before they believe a thing, even before they know anything about it, for its a mystery to them. Its even true of them before they are born into that sin nature whereby they become by nature children of wrath like others Eph 2:3, for that is nothing but that old man which had been already crucified with Christ Rom 6:6 !

Made us dead to the Law ! 8

Now how is it that all for whom Christ died, are by that, made dead to the Law Rom 7:4 ? Lets remember as well Rom 6:7

For he that is dead[died in and with Christ] is freed from sin.

They are freed from sin, made Righteous, how can they be made Righteous at the same time that they are freed from sin, and dead to the Law ?

Its because all for whom Christ died, as they had their sins charged to Him [so He could die for them], yet at the same time, they had His Righteousness charged to them or to their account [as a free Gift], its called the Gift of Righteousness Rom 5:17

For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

The word Gift here dórea:

a (free) gift, a gift (without repayment).

dōreá (a feminine noun, derived from 1325 /dídōmi) – a gift, freely given and hence not acquired by merit or "entitlement." 1431 /dōreá (a feminine noun) expresses a brand of giving that highlights the beneficent desire of the giver.

Notice that its a Gift freely given, not a offer made as religionist would have us to believe, the Gift of Righteousness is simply donated or bestowed to their persons, their account, much in the same way that their sins had been laid upon Christ's charge, they were caused to meet upon Him, So the Gift of Righteousness is in turned caused to meet upon their account,

Its sorta like a exchange as indicated here 2 Cor 5:21

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

That scripture states it all ! Again it cannot be overstated , this exchange / transaction occurred before they believed, even before they're born, in fact its true so much that all for whom Christ died are as sinners, as children of wrath as others Eph 2:3 they are born acquitted already, and declared righteous before God. You see it had nothing to do with their repentance, though they shall repent, had nothing to do with their believing, though they shall believe, nothing to do with their calling upon the name of the Lord, even though they shall, but these things they shall do because of what has already been done for them, because they had already by the Body of Christ, His death, been made dead to the Law, dead to sin, acquitted and made Righteous, and God finally reveals to them by the Gospel the Mystery of His Will concerning them Eph 1:9

Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

John Gill writes of this verse :

Having made known unto us the mystery of his will,.... The Gospel, which is a mystery, a hidden mystery, the mystery of God and of Christ, and the mystery of the Gospel; the several doctrines of it are called the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven; such as are concerning the trinity of persons in the Godhead, the union of the two natures in Christ, his sonship and incarnation, the saints' union and communion with him, the work of the Spirit of God upon the soul, the calling of the Gentiles, and the conversion of the Jews, the resurrection of the dead, and the change of living saints: and the Gospel is the mystery of the will of God; of his will in saving sinners by Christ; and it declares that he does all things in salvation, according to his sovereign will and pleasure; chooses, redeems, justifies, pardons, and calls whom he pleases; and this is made known by the ministry of the word, and by the Spirit, as a spirit of wisdom and revelation, in the knowledge of Christ and his Gospel: the discovery of which is,
according to his good pleasure, which he hath purposed in himself; both with respect to the persons to whom it is made known, and with respect to the time when he makes it known; both these are as he pleases, and as he has purposed in his own breast; the Gospel is sent when and where he has determined within himself it shall go; and persons are called by it according to his purpose and grace.

God by the Gospel, to those Christ died, makes Known to them what benefits they have charged to their account because of Christ's Death for them, otherwise it would have remained a Mystery !

1 Cor 2:7,10

But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

The redeemed of the Lord shall return !

Isa 51:11

11 Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

Many in man made religion dont understand nor believe the effects that Christ's redeeming death had on all for whom He died, It returns them back to God from whom they went astray, apostatized from in Adam, yet His redeeming death shall cause them to return, as it is written, the redeemed of the Lord shall [predestined] return.

To give an idea of this blessed return, look at the prodigal son Lk 15:11-21

11 And he said, A certain man had two sons:

12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.

13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.

14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want.

15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.

16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.

17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,

19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.

20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.

21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.

Now notice vs 17-20 , that's the action of being returned to the Lord, that's what is effected in each of the redeemed of the Lord, those Christ died for, in other words, Christ's redeeming death receives all the credit for the actions of the returning son in Vs 17-20 !

Now this very same Illustration is stated in Peters writings 1 Pet 1:18-20

18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

Peter writing to the redeemed, those redeemed by the precious blood of the Lamb, notice what he writes:

They were redeemed out of a vain conversation or manner of Life Vs 18

The word from preposition ek means:

I.out of, from, by, away from

See how Peter is crediting the Blood of Christ as the means by which they were brought out of, away from a vain manner of life ! Peter does not say it was due to their wise decision making, or their freewill, that they are changed, but again, because of the precious blood of the Lamb !

Yet even more to the point is what he writes later here 1 Pet 2:24-25

24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

Notice the word returned in Vs 25, that applies to the redeemed back up in 1 Pet 1:18-20 !

So you see, that's what Isa 51:11 means, the redeemed of the Lord shall return or be returned.

The word returned in 1 Pet 2:25 is the greek word epistrephō:

I.transitively

A.to turn to

i.to the worship of the true God

B.to cause to return, to bring back

i.to the love and obedience of God

Here in the text its in the passive voice :

The passive voice represents the subject as being the recipient of the action. E.g., in the sentence, "The boy was hit by the ball," the boy receives the action.

The passive effects the middle and causes the subject to act, so the word also means:

A.to turn to one's self

B.to turn one's self about, turn back

C.to return, turn back, come back

Because what's being effected here is conversion !

Lets look back once again at the prodigal Lk 15:17-18

17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!

18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,

The son being acted upon as in being the hit ball, he corresponds in like action, though he begins to act and cooperate, he is not the author of it, the redeeming blood of Christ is ! So again we see come to past what is promised in the prophecy Isa 51:11

11 Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

Fulfilled in Christ, the Redeemed 1 Pet 1:18 and the being returned 1 Pet 2:25 ! 36

The redeemed of the Lord shall return ! 2

Redemption brings back those who went astray in Adam the son of God Lk 3:38 Isa 53:6

38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

The sons of God in their natural federal head Adam, turned everyone his own way, but yet through the Redemption that is in Christ Jesus, they [The Sheep who went astray] shall be returned to God, 1 Pet 2:24-25

24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

25 For ye were as sheep going astray[Isa 53:6]; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

The Healing of the Stripes effects the return to God ! See also 1 Pet 3:18

18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us[The Sheep] to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

That He might bring us [the Sheep] back to God denotes the stated Purpose for Christ suffering for sins, the Just for the unjust ! The word that :

hína (a subordinating conjunction) – for the purpose that (in order that), looking to the aim (intended result) of the verbal idea. 2443 /hína ("for the purpose that")

The Purpose and intended result for For Christ dying for our sins, was that it would bring us to God !

And Remember 1 Pet 3:18 relates back to 1 Pet 1:18-20

18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

I hope this is clear, Redemption by the Precious Blood of Christ brings the Lost Sheep back to God, that was the Purpose of His "hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust"

Listen folks, If Christ's Redemptive Death does not effect a returning or coming back to God or Conversion, then it failed the Divine Purpose and Intention, but yet that is what all religionists are willing to state if they indeed teach that Christ died for some that shall never be converted back to God Acts 3:19, they teach a failed Christ !

But Glory to God, True Believers believe all for whom He died, of God's Sheep, shall be converted back to God, 100 % of the Sheepfold ! 36

The redeemed of the Lord shall return ! 3

Isa 59:20

20 And the Redeemer[Jesus Christ] shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the Lord.

In other words, the blessed results and effects of the Redeemer coming, unto those He came to specifically Redeem, Israel Lk 1:68, the effects it shall render is that they shall turn from transgression ! If we dont Turn from Transgression [to include false religion] that is be converted, then Christ did not come to Redeem us, unless the Blessed effects of His Redemptive Blood failed the Purpose of God !

But God forbid that could happen, So the logical conclusion to the Glory of God is that all those who are never turned or converted had no part in Christ's Redemptive Death, For it is also written :

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

The Purpose of His Death or giving Himself for us, Namely His Church Eph 5:25 was to Redeem us from all Iniquity, which equates to the same thing as saying " To be turned from Transgression "

Christ's Redemptive Death is suppose to Liberate us from all lawlwssness. Before That, we are holden by our sins Prov 5:22

His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.

That word holden means to be seized, be held, retain !

They are held Paul says Rom 7:6

But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Remember God commanded Pharoah to Let His People Go so that they can serve Him ! Ex 8:1

And the Lord spake unto Moses, Go unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

Thats what Christ's Death was Purposed to do, to accomplish, To Turn His People from Transgressions ! Acts 3:26

26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus[The Redeemer], sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

This is the fulfillment of Isa 59:20 !

The redeemed of the Lord shall return ! 4

The Death of Christ in its Redemptive Power, its responsible for Blessing all those He died for in that He by it turns them from their iniquity ! Peter Highlights that fact in Preaching the Gospel here Acts 3:24-26

24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.

25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Now look at Vs 26, whats the Blessing stated ?

Its a Turning them away from their iniquities ! Thats Conversion, or Repentance being effected !

In fact its the same thing Paul stated in Titus 2:14

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

In fact, thats the Blessing of Abraham. Remember when God Promised Abraham Gen 12:3

And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Well thats what God was promising, that which Peter Preached then Acts 3:24-26.

Notice something also, he calls his hearers the Children of the Prophets and of the Covenant, saying:

saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

This Promise little did Peter realize also belonged to the Gentiles, for Paul quotes the very same verse from Gen 12:3 and applies it to the Gentiles here Gal 3:8

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

So that means that the Gentiles were also the Children of the Prophets and of the Covenant as stated in Acts 3:25 !

Folks the fact is, If Christ's death of Redemption does not turn all for whom He died away from their iniquities, it failed the Purpose of God, its Power was frustrated and thwarted,

For Notice Peter said:

26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from[apo separation] his iniquities.

That applies to every one of the Children of the Prophets and of the Covenant, every single Person, that Jesus was given a Covenant for Isa 42:6

I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

Again, the Gentiles are part of that Covenant People ! 36

The redeemed of the Lord shall return ! 5

This Blessing of being turned from our iniquities Acts 3:24-26

24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.

25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

It denotes something inward, as promised by the Covenant Jer 31:33

But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Its by giving them inwardly New Life by His Spirit, Note: The Turning away from our sins is Christ's Work of blessing us, and He alone should receive the Glory of it !

Its part of His Redeeming Death ! 37

It accomplished remission of sins which is Justification !

Matt 26:28

28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

The word for eis is the prep meaning:
into, in, unto, to, upon, towards, for, among.

1519 eis (a preposition) – properly, into (unto) – literally, "motion into which" implying penetration ("unto," "union") to a particular purpose or result.

Christ's Blood shed resulted in remission of sin, not a offer of it, not that it made it available if you accept it, but it was for the purpose of and resulted in for the many it was shed remission of their sins.

That word remission aphesis:

a sending away, a letting go, a release, pardon, complete forgiveness.

859 áphesis (from 863 /aphíēmi, "send away, forgive" ) – properly, "something sent away"; i.e. remission ("forgiveness"), releasing someone from obligation or debt.

In other words, the debt of death they owed for the wages of sin Rom 6:23 they are no longer under that debt, their debt is completely forgiven by the blood of Christ, and that is their Justification before God,

Its the same as stated in Rom 3:24

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Eph 1:7

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

That word redemption also equates to remission or forgiveness of sins, its the word apolutrósis:

release effected by payment of ransom; redemption, deliverance.

/apolýtrōsis ("redemption, re-purchase") emphasizes the distance ("safety-margin") that results between the rescued person, and what previously enslaved them. For the believer, the prefix (575 /apó) looks back to God's effective work of grace, purchasing them from the debt of sin and bringing them to their new status (being in Christ).

You see that aspect of redemption that has to do with "purchasing them from the debt of sin " ? Thats exactly the same truth of remission or forgiveness which states:

"releasing someone from obligation or debt: And so Rom 3:24 says that those Christ shed His Blood for Matt 26:28 were by that Justified freely, by His Grace, through the Redemption that is in Christ Jesus or as Eph 1:7 in His Blood !

This proves, whether its believed or not, but it proves that those whom Christ died for are by His Blood alone, they are Justified from all sin and due punishment for the same, for unto them, death as the wages of sin Per Rom 6:23 no longer exists, they have been released from that debt forever !

That word Justified in Rom 3:24 means:

I make righteous, defend the cause of, plead for the righteousness (innocence) of, acquit, justify; hence: I regard as righteous.

to clear (someone) of a charge or accusation, as in a court of law.

All this is accomplished for the Many He shed His Blood for, the Blood of the New Covenant Matt 26:28 ! Its a done deal yall !37

It accomplished remission of sins which is Justification !2

Its good to consider a very important aspect of this matter of remission of sins due to the shed blood of Christ, the Blood of the New Covenant / Testament Matt 26:28 !

We should understand that this Covenant forgiveness through His Blood is the same as here Jer 31:33-34

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Thats the same as the remission of sins in Matt 26:28 , its also the same testament or covenant in view !

The same here Mic 7:18-20

18 Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.

19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

20 Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.

This Vs 20 here is the same as that Promised Mercy of Lk 1:72,77

To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant;

77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,

And of course Christ's Blood is shed accordng to that Holy Covenant, for the remission of sins Matt 26:28

28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

See how all this fits together ?

It results in Living by Faith !

Rom 1:17

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Thats predestination, whenever scripture declares that something SHALL be done, it means that the predetermined counsel of God has decided it to happen.

In case you did not know, this Promise "The just shall live by faith." is a Promise that everyone Christ died for shall Live by Faith !

Now why is that True ? Here's why ! The Death of Christ, His Obedience unto Death Phil 2:8; Rom 5:19 that declares those He died for, the Many Righteous or Just Rom 5:19

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

That word made in made righteous is the greek word kathistémi means:

I set down, bring down to a place; I set in order, appoint, make, constitute,

"to set down as, constitute (Latinsisto), equivalent to to declare, show to be":

They shall be declared Righteous or Just. That word Righteous in Rom 5:19 is the Greek word dikaios which means:

just; especially, just in the eyes of God; righteous; the elect (a Jewish idea).

Yes its the same exact word Just in Rom 1:17

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

So, the Many that the Obedience of Christ shall declare Righteous / Just, they shall Live by Faith !

The Many for whom Christ died for are His Sheep, so if one does not never believe on Him and begin the Life of Faith as Promised to those He died for, the answer is quite simple, its because they were not of His Sheep that He layed down His Life for Jn 10:15,26

15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

26 But ye believe not, because, for that reason ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you

Thats the only reason why they are not or wont be believers, its because they were not of His Sheep. If they were of the Sheep He layed down His Life for Vs 15 then they shall live by Faith, or we must conclude that Rom 1:17 is a lie where it says :

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Reconciliation to God experimentally also !

Not only did by Christ's Death alone, those He died for, were reconciled to God[legally] even while they were being enemies [experimentally] so says Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

They also are reconciled to God experimentally by His same death, meaning reconciled out of being enemies to Him, So says this scripture Col 1:21-22

21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

22 In the body of his flesh through death
, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

You see that ? Paul tells them HOW it was done ! How they were reconciled after having been alienated and enemies in their minds by wicked works, It was in the Body of His flesh through death, meaning through His Death for them, the results is reconciliation out of being enemies and alienated in our minds by wicked works !

So Christ's Death alone accomplished both Legal and Experimental Reconciliation for the People of God, whom Christ died for !37

Redeemed unto Life !

Gal 3:13-14

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

All for whom Christ died are redeemed from/out of the curse of the Law, from the penalty of the transgressed law, death being one of the consequences of that penalty, and so Christ has redeemed them He died for from the death that is a consequence of the Transgressed Law, and having done that, they must receive Life, and that comes from the Spirit, that He may give them Life, or as Jesus says He quickens Jn 6:63

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

That word quickeneth is the greek word zóopoieó:

I make that which was dead to live, cause to live, quicken.

/zōgréō, "alive" and 4160 /poiéō, "make") – properly, make alive (zōos); i.e. "quicken," vivify ("animate"); (figuratively) cause what is dead (inoperative) to have life; empower with divine life.

Notice, to cause that which is dead to have Life. The elect by nature are dead to God, inoperative spiritually, alienated from the life of God, but because Jesus died for them, redeeming them from death, which is a consequence of the curse of the Law, being that He satisfied God's Law and Justice by His Death for them, He causes them to have Life, as an evidence that Christ's redeeming death was successful in redeeming them from the curse of the Law !

In fact the same word zóopoieó in Jn 6:63 is used in 1 Cor 15:45

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

He is the The Author of the quickening of the Spirit in Jn 6:63, the Spirit must through Christ give life to every soul that His death redeemed from the curse of the Law !

As the Elect received subjective death for the consequences of sin against the Law, they likewise receive subjective Life out of death. Thats why back to Gal 3:13-14 those who Christ redeemed from the curse of the law, it was for the purpose that they may receive the promise of the Spirit, which gives them Life Jn 6:63 ! You see Christ's redeeming Death would be for nought if it did not produce Life and bestow it upon the redeemed, if it did not do that, His Death was less effective than Adams death was that effected subjective death !

All men drawn by virtue of Christ's Death !

One of the accomplishments of the death of Christ that proves that all men without exception were not of His Sheep that He died for, is that, those Sheep of His that He did die for, are as a result of His death drawn to Him Jn 12:32-33

32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.

This blessed fact of what His Death would accomplish He signified here in Vs 33 !

Jesus declares that all men shall be drawn to Him by the power, efficacy virtue of His death alone !

Now many in false religion quote this verse Jn 12:32 yet at the same time they are quite ignorant to its blessed meaning, and while quoting it, most of the time they are denying its very Truth set forth, that being Christ promising that His death [being lifted up] will result in all being drawn to Himself, which means they drawn will become His faithful followers, even believers in Him.

Now the word draw here denotes Christ's power at work, its the word helkō and means:

I.to draw, drag off

II.metaph., to draw by inward power, lead, impel

Those being drawed have a special inward power leading them, impelling them !

To impel means "to cause to move forward" and its also synonymous with compel as here Lk 14:23

And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

The word compel here anagkazō means:

I.to necessitate, compel, drive to, constrain

A.by force, threats, etc.

B.by permission, entreaties, etc.

C.by other means

The compelling here is by entreaties and persuasion, and the Holy Spirit is vital in this work of persuading with the preached word 2 Cor 5:20

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

The servant in Lk 14:23 is the Holy Spirit who accompanies the preached word, persuading those Christ died for to be drawn to Him in Faith !

Also the word draw denotes:

helkýō – properly, induce (draw in), focusing on the attraction-power involved with the drawing.

For its the Day of Christ's Power Ps 110:3

3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

Thats what Christ is speaking of in Jn 12:32 , that all His People He died for Matt 1:21 shall be attracted to Him in the Day of His Power ! 37

All men drawn by virtue of Christ's Death ! 2

Now the word all has been a stumblingblock to many in false religion, they force it to mean " every individual without exception ", yet that is a lie. The word all is the greek word pas, which means more often than not, all of the whole, or all of every kind; It means all in the sense 0f each [every] part that applies; The emphasis of the total picture then is on one piece at a time, all the parts that constitute the whole, that is to view the whole in terms of indvidual parts.

Now for instance, He will draw all of His Sheep to Himself until they all constitute His One whole Sheepfold ! Jn 10:3-4,16

3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name[singular one by one], and leadeth them out.

4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one [whole sheepfold], and one shepherd.

Now we know all men without exception are not Christs Sheep or of His Sheepfold Jn 10:26

26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.38

All men drawn by virtue of Christ's Death ! 3

Yet another example of the word all being used to denote men individually in order to constitute an whole, that being the Children of God scattered abroad Jn 11:51-52

51 And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation;

52 And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

Some Translations use the word all as here Jn 11:52

52 Yet Jesus would not die just for the Jewish nation. He would die to bring together all of God’s scattered people. CEV

52 and not only for them, but also to bring together into one body all the scattered people of God.

52 and for God’s scattered children. This would bring them all together and make them one.ICB

Notice how His Death/Dying was to gather together in One whole, this is All the Children of God are to gathered together or we can say drawn to Him.

Now what's interesting is the words gather together here have the same meaning as draw does in Jn 12:32, its the word sunago and is used to draw in fish, to draw together, to collect Matt 13:47

47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: or all of every kind !

Also just as the word draw helko means to lead, impel, the same can be said for the word gather together sunago which means to lead together, made up of the verb ago which means :

I lead, I bring, drive, to impel, of power and influence affecting the mind like Lk 4:1; Rom 8:14; And so Jesus was saying that as a result of His Death, all His Sheep, or all the children of God, He will by spiritual power win over to Myself the hearts of them all.

Now how many religionist who often quote Jn 12:32 really believe and understand the Truth of it, that as a result of His Death, all His Sheep will be spiritually influenced to follow Him, to be persuaded to do so !
