Yes, the whole world of the elect. Nobody whose sins God has been propitated for can go to the lake of fire, and so your intepreation is dead wrong..Because Jesus will say to some:

Matt 7:


23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

He could not nor would not say that to people whose sins He bare and propitiated God in behalf of..

You must not know what propitiation means..
