[_ Old Earth _] Christianity and Dinosuars

áðýúт-ßõтõрñуÌÂрó is the second largest city in the Russian Federation with about 4.7 million people. Moscow has about 8.7 million. From 1914 to 1924 it was called ßõтрþóрðô (Petrograd) and after that
Ûõýøýóрðô (Leningrad) until 1991 when it changed to the current ßõтõрñурó (Petersburg); many just call it ßøтõр (Peter).
You mentioned Stalingrad which is a different city; this city is now called Òþûóþóрðô (Volgograd).
In 1589 this city on the banks of the Volga river (ÒþûöÑÂúðѠрõúð) was called æðрøцыý (Tsaritsyn) obviously named after the áø÷ðр (Tsar) (which means Caesar). From 1925 it was changed on order of the new communist Caesar Joseph Stalin (General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union's Central Committee) who took power in 1922 to áтðûøýóрðô (Stalingrad). It remained this way until 1961 and took its current name 8 years after Stalins death. Of course Stalin was not his real name, which was comrade Iosif Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili. (âþòðрøщ ÃÂùþ÷øф ÒøÑÂÑÂðрðùþýþòøч Ãâ€Ã¶ÑƒÃ³Ã°ÑˆÃ²Ã¸Ã»Ã¸)
Stalin in Russian means áтðûь or steel so Stalin means man of steel, which indeed he was. The name "Stalin" (derived from combining Russian stal, "steel" with "Lenin") He was responsible for the murder of 60 million of his own i Holocaust to mediocrity in comparison (not that you could put the holocaust into mediocrity). He was the most evil man in history in my opinion.
There is still a Lenin Statue outside the äøýÃȄÂýôÑÂúøù òþú÷ðû (Filansky station), last time I looked.
Yours
ÒõýþüäðýóÖ
