Court in Heaven?

There is court in heaven, right?
Scripture says satan accuses us day and night...(Revelation 12:10)

Soo...I'm thinking courtroom setting.
Is this right?

Maybe has to do with another case of English language deficiency in expressing certain issues.

I think that's exactly what it is, 'cept for the important people. Important beings.

Would y'all mind if I try to open chapter 12?

I have debated in my mind if posting would work here. I will try, but tradition is tough to fight.
Revelation 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

I can supply scriptures ( most in chapter 12) for what I am about to say.

Satan was in heaven before the throne, but when it was finished on the cross ( then he could be moved).

Moved where?
To earth verse 12
Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

This will all be difficult. It dodges from creation to Moses to Jesus's birth back and forth wide open. If you have pre accepted doctrine, you can tell me so, and I will not continue.

The courtroom of our being.
Tempted in the flesh
Represented in heaven
Guided by the spirit.
Satan now on earth, but our intercession is handled by Jesus at the right hand of the father.

Modern life may help us understand. We might as well be in court through satellite communication:
We are represented in heaven by Jesus
The Holy Spirit is in us - Revelation 3:20
Satan has is at risk as he attacks us

So we have this complex life (greater things) because of what Jesus did.

Interesting! Do you think there's a type or shadow here? Are we (in spirit) there now, in our clean clothes? (white robe?)...In the same way perhaps, that scriptures says, even now we are seated with Him in heavenly places?

I think so but not 100% sure. I only posted to verse 5 to show that Satan accuses us, although I do have this bookmarked cause it seems to point to the coming of Jesus.

Verses 8-10 shed a bit more light on it.

Zechariah 3:8-10
“Listen to me, O Jeshua the high priest, and all you other priests. You are symbols of things to come. Soon I am going to bring my servant, the Branch. Now look at the jewel I have set before Jeshua, a single stone with seven facets. I will engrave an inscription on it, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, and I will remove the sins of this land in a single day.
“And on that day, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, each of you will invite your neighbor to sit with you peacefully under your own grapevine and fig tree.”

The servant being Jesus, who removed the sins of the world on the cross in one day.

The cleansing of Joshua was not complete with the removal of his sin-soiled garments. God replaced the dirty clothes, dressing Joshua in clean garments that represented the gift of God’s righteousness. As sin is removed by the work of Christ, so His righteousness is placed in the believer’s account (see Rom. 5:18, 19; 2 Cor. 5:21). We are clothed in the garments of Christ’s righteousness. The fact that Joshua had no part in his cleansing indicates that this work was totally by God’s grace (bible study notes)

There are things that are currently in our way. Gal. 5:17 and Phil. 3:21 shows "why" we have not yet been put upon in full by the power of Christ. There is required change that is not in our power.

Considering my propensity to put my foot in my mouth, I am inclined to close my mouth and let the perfect Mediator/ Advocate/ Litigator , plead my case.

I would expect our Advocate to understand this in any pleadings:

Romans 11:
32 For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.

I accept the Divine Sovereign's Determinations in doing the above and to what end.

Followed by these facts:

1 Corinthians 15:
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

One thing I've learned about court. Fortunately not the hard way. You NEVER LIE. I understand where I currently stand and why. I also have the confidence to know what to expect.

At the resurrection changes will be made. If we were all we could be, there would be nothing we could Change.

The resurrection is not past yet.

Oh yes, (I think that may be the single most important chapter in the entire book.)
So that's prolly why we cant do as we would, but can do that we would not. We would absolutely die, without Jesus Christ and His mercy and grace.

I believe in Gods Ultimate Mercy in Christ. It is the only real hope I have in this present state.
