Scripture Of The Day - MAGNIFYING THE BLOOD OF JESUS

"Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, 'Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.' And He said to them, 'I saw satan fall like lightning from Heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in Heaven.'" - Luke 10:17-20

Believe that you are released from condemnation, fear and shame. These are the foes of authority. They keep people hampered down in a place of guilt. Realize the power of the Blood of Jesus. One drop of the Blood of Jesus eradicates condemnation, guilt, fear, and shame. Repent and be restored to your rightful place of authority.

Much of what people experience is "false guilt" for things that have been forgiven of a long time ago. Give glory to God by magnifying the Blood of Jesus and the power that abides here. Realize that His Blood is much more powerful than your past. Recognize His forgiveness, be restored as you discover and move into the will of God for your life.

Acknowledge how important it is for you to walk in the peace of God. This is a key to your authority in Christ. Be awakened and receive the authority that Jesus has given you as a son of God. Have faith, confidence assurance, and authority in the Lord to "TRAMPLE" on serpents, scorpions, and all of the power of the enemy realizing that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

Scripture Of The Day - Going Through Transition

Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." - Isaiah 43:18-19 (NKJV)

When you go through transition, as Jesus did when going from the Jordan (baptism) to being drawn into the wilderness by the Spirit, it is a very vulnerable time and it is the time to fast and pray and build yourself up in the Word, so when the enemy says, "Did God say...?" (Genesis 3:1) you will have the ammunition to counteract the temptation that he brings during this time of testing.

God allows and even draws us into the test during transition so that we will be positioned to a higher level in Him; but the enemy tempts us in this test to give up on God and go through the wrong doors and thus put off our destiny for a season -- so we must watch and pray during this time and speak God's Word only!

Scripture Of The Day - TRANSFERABLE TANGIBLE GLORY

"And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God." - Ephesians 5:18-21

When God floods our lives there is an overflow that passes from one person to another. Religion and bad teaching has made people believe they have nothing to give.

When God pours into you His manifested tangible presence. Believe that you have something to give. Don't be shut down by the tentacles of religion. Find freedom in faith knowing that God's presence and glory is in you and is "transferable."

Scripture Of The Day - STAYING AWAKE WITH JESUS

"And He cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, "What, could ye not watch with Me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." - Matthew 26:40-41

Can you imagine Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane where all He wanted was someone to pray, stay awake with Him for one hour? Did you know that He is still looking for those people today? Are you willing to hang with Jesus for an hour? Are you willing to just "stay awake" with Him, to watch with Him?

God is inviting us to stay awake, keep watch and pray for His glory that will awaken the hearts of the people, bring many to know the Lord, and bring people into a place of real encounter with God that will give them a revelation of their calling in Christ. We are called to be "catalysts" of the glory of His presence. That means we are not waiting for an event to happen, but we are carriers of His glory.

What is a catalyst? A catalyst is a person or thing that precipitates an event. In other words, we are those who change the atmosphere. You can be a thermometer that reads the temperature or you can be a thermostat that changes the temperature.

Scripture Of The Day - HIGHER THINGS

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." - Romans 12:2

"And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:7

Break loose of the earth's gravitational pull! Change your mind (Romans 12:2)! Don't get seduced down into the lower, base, everyday thought processes of life. Think on higher things (Philippians 4:8-9). Make going up higher in Christ your top priority! Breathe life back into your prayer life!

Spend time with God! Go with Him to the places that He longs to take you, to show you all things He wants to do with you. He wants to lead you and guide you into all truth (John 16:13). He wants to show you your destiny!

Scripture Of The Day - STARTING AND FINISHING OUR FAITH

Hebrews 12:2 - "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."

Notice Jesus is the "Author." What does that mean?
It means your faith originated with Him. And not only is He the Author, He is the Finisher too.
"From faith to faith" in Romans 1:17 means we are to begin and finish in faith. We are to start in faith and stand in faith until that which we are believing for arrives. We go from "faith to faith" not faith to feelings. So if you are believing God's word for something, that Word is the Starter and the Finisher!

Mark 4:26,27 - "And Jesus said, 'so is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.'"

Faith is a seed. When we are dealing in faith, there is a timing for the manifestation. It takes time sometimes for our faith to pull things into the natural realm. That's why the bible says it's "from faith to faith." We have to stay in faith even when we don't see any changes. In our faith, we have to get above seeing or feeling something.

Affirmations:

I OPERATE IN THE KIND OF FAITH THAT RECEIVES VICTORY AND MAINTAINS THAT VICTORY SINCE I HOLD FAST TO MY BELIEVING AND CONFESSING.

WHEN MY FAITH IS CHALLENGED I FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH. I STAY ON COURSE UNTIL THE FIGHT IS FINISHED.

Scripture Of The Day – TAKING THE STING OUT OF ADVERSITY

"Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." - Ephesians 5:20

Thankfulness takes the sting out of adversity. That is why He has instructed us to give thanks for everything. There is an element of mystery in this transaction: You give Him thanks (regardless of your feelings), and He gives you Joy (regardless of your circumstances). This is a spiritual act of obedience—at times, blind obedience.

Thankfulness opens your heart to His Presence and your mind to His thoughts, enabling you to see from His perspective. It is this Light of His Presence that removes the sting from adversity.

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever." - Psalm 118:1

"Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O Lord."

—Psalm 89:15

This is very good. Thank you!

Scripture Of The Day - FEEDING YOUR SPIRIT

Numbers 14:9, "Do not rebel against the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them."

Caleb saw the giants in the land not as obstacles but as BREAD. As you take on your giants and defeat them they will become nourishment for you! What you bow to will increase your bondage but what you overcome will increase your power!

The enemy will be bread for you IF YOU FEED YOUR SPIRIT on the Word of God. Jesus says in Matthew 4:4: "But He (Jesus) answered and said, it is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'"

The Word of God, is the bread you eat that becomes a sword in your mouth!

Scripture Of The Day - REACHING OUR PLACE OF FOCUS

Stand firm and do not be moved!

As believers, we are rooted and grounded in His magnificent love (see Ephesians 3:17). Truly, the Lord will be strong on our behalf! This knowledge enables a courage deep within and causes us to be so anchored in His love that our hearts and minds are steadfast. Thus, we will reach a place of focus that comes from being led by the Lord.

This creates in us PERSEVERANCE through our faith as we hear and are led by Him. Holy perseverance is God-empowered BOLDNESS OR COURAGE that enables us deep within to persevere. One way we can define perseverance is simply to STAY THE COURSE. This is a powerful blessing from the Lord that enables us to believe the impossible is possible. It is a work of the Holy Spirit within that enables us to have strength to stay the course, regardless of present circumstances or situations. This is what the prophet Isaiah wrote about:

"Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice." - Isaiah 41:10 AMP

Scripture Of The Day - We Must Burn Brighter!

Matthew 5:14 - "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden."

There are many in the Body of Christ who must learn to trim their wicks in order to burn brighter than before. We have settled for a tiny flame while complaining about the invasive darkness. We have been waiting on the invitation for influence, while missing our occasion to invade and overthrow the darkness.

2021 will be a year for you to trim your wick so that the light of Christ within you shines greater than before as you seek to advance in His calling on your life. It will take discipline. It will take the willingness to embrace the fact that you are sanctified. It will also take some forms of separation. If the world cannot detect your covenant relationship with the Father, why would the world want to be transformed into the image of Christ?

Often we fail to shine His light in everyday moments simply because we fail to burn. When we determine to be purposeful in shining His light, it is the acknowledgment of the illumination of Christ that comes from the kindled wick. However, it is impossible to shine unless it (you) first burns. If you are willing to shine, it's only because you are first committed to burn.

Scripture Of The Day - WORKING OUT OUR OWN SALVATION

"If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land." - Isaiah 1:19

This occasion is given to all who are saved, but not everyone is willing to adjust to a "diet" that is conducive to spiritual growth. Therefore, Jesus said, "For many are called, but few are chosen" (Matthew 22:14).

In other words, "Few will pay the price in order to be chosen." This process of qualifying begins after we have received the gift of salvation, which has been freely provided for us by Jesus upon Calvary's Cross.

The outworking of this gift of salvation requires us to acknowledge that we will face problems and difficulties in our life experience, and of greater consequence, that we will view them rightly. Only then will we be able to appropriately respond to the Lord in the midst of them.

We will mature spiritually as we are discipled into who we are in Christ, our "right standing with God" and how to walk in the Spirit.

"Come, My beloved, let us go forth into the field; let us lodge in the villages. Let us get up early to the vineyards; let us see if the vine flourish, whether the tender grape appear, and the pomegranates bud forth: there will I give you My loves." - Song of Solomon 7:11-12

There are levels in our spiritual growth, and in our identification with the Lord in the outworking of His PURPOSE for our life. For this process to be accomplished, we must develop a sensitivity to the Lord's presence, that we might rightly respond to Him as He seeks to guide us toward spiritual maturity.

SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY - Standing Your Ground in Faith

2 Samuel 23:11-12 says, "One time the Philistines gathered at Lehi and attacked the Israelites in a field full of lentils. The Israelite army fled, but Shammah held his ground in the middle of the field and beat back the Philistines. So the Lord brought about a great victory."

There is a mighty valor that rises on the hearts of God's people when they determine to stand their ground despite the coming onslaught before them. You may be going through a difficult time on the job. You may be facing persecution for your faith. You may not have enough money to get to the end of the week and the landlord is threatening to throw you out, but if you stand your ground (in faith in the scriptural promises of God) none of these things will overcome you. You will triumph every time in Christ.

When we get the victory in Jesus, this victory becomes the potential victory for many others. You will continue to persevere so that you will become hardened to the enemies tactics and alive in the things of God. His great hope will awaken your senses so that you begin to fight like never before.

The truth is: Your greatest days are before you.

Scripture Of The Day - LIVING IN HIS REALITY

"As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants for you , O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When shall I come and appear before God." - Psalm 42:1,2

He wants us to live in His reality more than we do. Our heart's desire is central to keeping this flow of the Spirit in our lives. We have to want to live experientially with God. It cannot be enough to just "know" some things. There needs to be a desire to experience God and know that you have something real to share with others. It is the fire of our desire that drives us to pursue God at a higher level of commitment, consecration, and dedication.

Isaiah 55:6 - "Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near."

Tenacity with God is valuable. This is the attitude that says, "I will not let go until You bless me!" (see Genesis 32:26-28). If we don't have this mindset, we will settle for less. God does not want us to be soft, but diligent, determined, and even somewhat demanding.

Psalm 77:6 - "I call to remembrance my song in the night; I meditate within my heart, and my spirit makes diligent search."

Faith pleases God. He is looking for someone to believe. He will deal with the rest of the quirks in our lives. He wants to see some faith! This kind of determination will cause breakthroughs to occur in our lives and keep the river of His presence flowing.

Scripture Of The Day - BREAKING FORTH INTO THE GLORY

Isaiah 59:19, "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him." NKJV

God is the river, the flood and the One Who breaks forth with an outburst through the glory of His Spirit. He is the One Who breaks forth, springs forth inside of us driving out all resistance to His Presence and Person.

"For He will come in like a narrow, rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives [overwhelming the enemy]." AMP

We all want this place of "overflow" in God's Presence. Breakthrough is an integral part of that overflow. To tap into a life of breakthrough is to avail ourselves to the living waters of the Spirit through staying connected to God, the Source of these waters.

ACCELERATING BREAKTHROUGH

Through lives of prayer and fasting, especially in the context of communion with God, we can accelerate the process of breakthrough in our lives. In the story of Isaac we see how the Philistines had clogged up the wells of His father (Genesis 26:18). In the same way the enemy is always trying to clog our wells to cause stagnancy, where there should be a flow, and hinder us in experiencing God's glory on a regular basis. The enemy wants to keep things in spurts rather than have us experience that rushing river of His glory.

Take fasting, the Word of God, prayer and worship to clear out your well that God can bring your heart significant breakthrough and that you may experience His rushing river consistently through your life.

Scripture Of The Day - EMBRACING THE NEW SEASON

John 21:2-6 - "Simon Peter, Thomas (also known as Didymus), Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together. 'I'm going out to fish,' Simon Peter told them, and they said, 'We'll go with you.' So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing. Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus. He called out to them, 'Friends, haven't you caught any fish?' No, they answered. He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish."

Scripture says that they fished all night and caught nothing. Without the direction from God we find ourselves in an old place attempting to fix our dilemmas in our own strength. Peter was in a process, still learning to lean not on his own understanding, but to completely trust the Lord. Sure he was confused. We also get confused, but when we can't figure it all out our default button should be to "trust God and press forward".
Peter (and the others) were exhausted after casting nets all night and dragging them in and finding nothing. Jesus was there. He was watching them from shore. The next morning Jesus called out and asked, "Haven't you caught any fish?" They responded with a "No." Then Jesus instructed them to cast their nets on the right side of the boat and when they did they were not able to draw in the multitude of fish! Suddenly what looked impossible became possible!

Jesus wanted to prove to Peter that his future would not be fruitful without the empowerment of Jesus in His life.

There would be no grace or empowerment to go back to what was comfortable and familiar. Peter was being challenged to embrace an unknown future and mature in his calling as an Apostle of God.

Yes, Peter was in a test. Would he be willing to let all of it go?

Could he leave the boat, the fish, and his friends and let go of all of his past to embrace the new season?

Many of us are also in a test. Will we go fishing, go back to what is comfortable or trust God and embrace our future even if it appears unknown for a season?

Scripture Of The Day - BECOMING THE ENCOUNTER

"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole." - Isaiah 53:5 AMP

If the Church will begin to corporately step out to reach the lost in this hour, it will serve as a powerful wave that unleashes world-wide revival. This is a call to "become the encounter" the world so desperately needs.

Right now, God is looking for firebrands: people who will do whatever it takes to have a burning bush encounter. In order to "become the encounter," you must catch fire -- in order to catch fire, you must give God something to burn (Matthew 7:8).

It is the spirit of praise and worship that draws the glory-presence of God on the earth. Praise and worship and advancing God’s Kingdom go together – they create the catalyst for public displays of repentance and effective evangelism and the desire for teaching.

Personally, we are being called to host God's presence. This comes by pressing into God not just for a momentary encounter, but an encounter that leaves us changed forever. God is interested in marking those that will step up to the plate with His presence and power for the greatest harvest and personal discipling we've ever seen.

When we preach that the Kingdom of God is at hand, we must trust that with this comes, discipling believers into their Christ identity, the healing of the sick, the raising of the dead, the cleansing of the lepers, and the casting out of devils (see Matthew 10:8). This requires courageous lovers of God to fearlessly "light themselves on fire."

Expect to see an abundance of great grace, strength, and faith being imparted to you as you encounter higher realms of God's presence.

Expect to see new manifestations in the realm of miracles, signs and wonders, and divine appointments to minister to unbelievers in public everywhere you go.

It's time to become the encounter!

Scripture Of The Day - SOUND OF A MIGHTY RUSHING WIND

Jesus said to Nathaniel in John 1:50-51, "'Because I said to you, I saw you beneath the fig tree, do you believe in and rely on and trust in Me? You shall see greater things than this!' Then He said to him, 'I assure you, most solemnly I tell you all, you shall see Heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man!'"

When we are connected with Heaven we literally become a gateway for the supernatural to manifest around us. Heaven moves up and down upon us, releasing signs, wonders, and miracles with our cooperation.

God is looking for an army to arise with this revelation. There is a fresh sound being released from Heaven with an incredible power and glory the world has never seen – and it's falling on individuals that will bring it to God’s Kingdom in the earth. This fresh sound is the same sound that ushered in the era of the early Church. It is called the "Sound of a Rushing Mighty Wind." (Acts 2:2)

Scripture Of The Day – EXPECTING THE GOODNESS OF GOD

"SURELY your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life... " (Ps. 23:6 NIV).
If you set your heart on pursuing the goodness of God, you're always headed in the right direction.

POSITIONING OUR HEART

Moses knew that really well. Moses prayed that he would know God, to know His ways, to know His presence, and to know His glory! And because his heart was postured in the right place, requesting for the right things, praying for the right priorities, the Lord then promised to shower him with His goodness!

Moses prayed in Exodus 33:
13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight... 15 Then he said to Him, "If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here." 18 And he said, "Please, show me Your glory."

And the Lord replied: 14 And He said, "My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." 19 Then He said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you..."

To know God is to know His glory,

to know His glory is to know His presence;

to know His presence is to know His ways,to know His ways is to know His goodness!

BELIEVING FOR GOD'S GOODNESS NOW!

How would you like it if the Lord's goodness permeates and invades every area of your life this year, bringing healing and restoration, breakthrough and dreams fulfilled, relationship reconciliation and family salvation, debt cancellation and increased favor at your work?

Psalm 31:19 says, "How great is the goodness You have stored up for those who fear You. You lavish it on those who come to You for protection, blessing them before the watching world."

The Hebrew word for "great" is "rab", meaning abundant, large, of major importance, chief, weighty, noble, princely. And that is the basis, measure, and magnitude of God's goodness that He wants to lavish on us.
And it says God has goodness "stored up" for those who fear Him. It's in the past tense. In other words, in the heart of God and from Heaven's perspective, the goodness of God is a done deal.
He's got it ready; it's stored up for you and me.

The goodness of God is not something that God does; it is who He is! It is His nature to be the good to His children! He is incapable of sabotaging His nature!

All we need is to choose to believe His goodness, declare it, meditate on it, speak it over our lives and circumstances, receive it by faith, and watch what the Lord will do on our behalf!
The Lord will bless you before a watching world! People are going to witness the power, provision, and blessings of God over your life!

AFFIRMATIONS:

I am confident that I see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!

The Lord has stored up goodness for me and He's ready to lavish it over my life!

The Lord will bless me and enlarge my territory. His hand and favor is becoming so evident in my life!

Scripture of The Day - STEPPING INTO THE FULL STATURE OF CHRIST

“Rise up and shine, for your light has come. The shining-greatness of the Lord has risen upon you. For see, darkness will cover the earth. Much darkness will cover the people. But the Lord will rise upon you, and His shining-greatness will be seen upon you. Nations will come to your light. And kings will see the shining-greatness of the Lord on you." Isaiah 60:1-3

"Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever." Daniel 12:3

The Lord is raising up for HIMSELF a people who are walking in the three-fold blessing of His Character, His Nature, and His Power! We step into what it means to walk in the full stature of Christ, to move and function out of the fullness of the Holy Spirit, to experience the breakthrough power of the anointing.

We believe to be thrust into great spheres of effectiveness and influence, according to God’s PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE. The breakthrough glory realm sets in deeply like a firmly planted tent peg, altering everything to bring in great fruit and breakthrough in new levels AS WE ADVANCE His Kingdom.

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20, 21).

In addition to forging ahead in our Christ calling, the anointing of the Holy Spirit empowers the Spirit-filled believer for powerful ministries within each believer’s sphere of influence: at home, in church, in the streets, in the marketplace, at work, in business, in government, law enforcement, in schools, organizations, missions, and wherever lives can be touched.
