I can not prove this for fact,

However there is rumor that the founder of the church of satan had panicked on his death bed. He said "something is very wrong".

While some say this wasn't possible due to an illness which would prevented him from being able to talk, the people that have claimed this apparently were connected to him.

I can tell from your words that you're skeptical. That's good. Don't be taken in by this stuff. NDEs and DBVs are lies. There's nothing in the Word of God to support such activity.

These things that people are calling their deceased loved ones are in fact familiar spirits. Demons pretending to be aunt Bessy or uncle Bill. Demons whose only job is to draw your attention away from the truth of the Word.
.
I can see your issue with NDE but what is wrong with death bed experiences. These people are not coming back. They will die for sure. What is wrong with Jesus reaching out to those who are going home?

I have not heard anyone who has seen bad things when they were dieing. Some do not have death bed experiences of seeing mom,or dad or Jesus. They just take their last breath and that is it.Maybe those are the ones who do not go to heaven. :shrug

Some years ago' I saw a show on TBN about NDE's but they had one guy who was a atheist who died I forgot why, but anyway he claims that God let him visit hell and it scared the hell out of him. And then God put him back in his body and he became a preacher of the Gospel.

NDE and Death Bed experiences are totally different.I am not an advocate of NDE.

Luke 16
26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

The bible doesn't support it.

I was wondering if anyone had also heard of this. There is a major controversy as to whether Anton Lavey made this final utterance or whether the whole story was fabricated. Well, regardless of whether true or not, we know he received a big surprise at the end.

(Incidentally, members of the Laveyan Church of Satan do not actualy believe in Satan. Nor God, Jesus, or any kind of supreme being. They believe man is just an evolved animal, and that the concept of Satan just symbolizes a self-centered, vs. God-centered, being. They got at least that tiny part right- Satan did commit the fatal error of placing his identity above his own Creator, as though to say, "Why can't I be God?")

That could be several people...maybe Howard Storm?

The bible says you can't go to hell and come back again.

That alone puts the kibosh on NDEs.
.

Where can I find that in the Word?
The whole event of the Harrowing of Hell has Jesus descending Hell to liberate the righteous imprisoned and eventually returning to earth.
  • Acts 2:31: "...he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption."

That is Jesus....
Jesus can remove Himself from Hell, but not someone else if He so chooses?

Not being able to leave Hell refers to people condemned there, not to souls taken there by Christ on special missions.

After Jesus died on the Cross He went to paradise which is the side of the believers and took them with Him to heaven Ephesians 4:8-10.He also went to sheol/hades as well 1 Peter 3:18-20.The Bible does not say what He said to them.He did not go to hell.Sheol/hades and hell are two different places
