Let me rephrase ... Do you, anyone, think believe the Cross made any difference to Satan's access of Heaven?

Yes, but I can't quote the scripture.
I don't think he has access any longer. He cannot make accusations against us to God. The cross changed all that. We are covered in the blood of Lamb.

Reba, corrections please!!

Oh, maybe this....
Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Actually i was going to add this scripture thinking it might be the one Deborah13 was looking for..

I Corinthians 2:8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

If Satan would have known crucifying Jesus would be his undoing he never would have followed through..

I guess it is one of those things that will have to be confirmed in heaven.Their is alot we will be told in heaven.

Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

The beginning of the second half of great tribulation.

Until that time God uses Satan for our good in proving our faith. Hey, do I mean that God doesn’t know our faith? Of course He does, Job 1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man but as with Job, Job didn’t know but as things progress he is learning. Job 23:10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

Even Satan knew Job’s place with God: Job 1:10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

Enough said!

Well that's certainly true. HA, betch'a he was surprised.

We know this is true for Christians. I just wonder if Satan is able to make accusations against non-Christians to God.

Well, even if I thought that he had access to the Throne, I cannot think of any reason he would do that.
That would be like a drug dealer taking his drug buyers into a rehab. center.
Wouldn't that be like a house divided action?

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, "Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. Revelations 12:10 NASB

I guess you actually didn't read what I wrote in this post 9.

I addressed that scripture in Revelation 12:9.

Satan was cast down to the earth.

He is the prince of the power of the air.

That doesn't mean he is in the third heaven.

Before our God, or before the Lord is an expression that doesn't necessarily mean he is in the third heaven.

In addition Revelation 12:9 indicates that Satan's angels were also cast down to the earth with him;

9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

If you are using verse to 10 to claim the Satan has access to the third heaven then so do all his angels.

Which would leave the earth in the hands of "who" to administrate his kingdom and "plans" over regions and kings and people here.

Here is an example of the reaction of an unclean spirit, when he was in the presence of Jesus, while in the flesh.

6 When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him. 7 And he cried out with a loud voice and said, "What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God that You do not torment me." Mark 5:6-7

and again -

23 Now there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 saying, "Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are--the Holy One of God!" Mark 1:23

It is extremely doubtful that Satan or any of his angels could even stand it for one second in the presence of God The Father in all His Glory and power in the third heaven.

Here is the reaction of John the Apostle, who was filled with the Holy Spirit, while in the presence of Jesus in heaven;

17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. Revelation 1:17

Satan and his angels may have access to the heavens, but not the third heaven, where God dwells.

Darkness and evil can not stand the presence and the light of almighty God.

Did Satan have access to heaven?
No, I don't think he ever did.
He did have access to the presence of God.
When Satan confronts us is he comfortable?
We have the Holy Spirit within us.
Speak the Word of God and the devil must flee.

Revelation is mostly all figurative and symbolic.
When Satan fought against God in heaven, it was over the souls of men.
And the Kingdom of heaven is within men here on earth.

The dragon is cast out of the true church.
Jesus won the war and we have won the war with him by putting ourselves under his care.
The worshiping of devils is no longer part of the true church. The King is now adored as the conqueror, the victor.
And we reign with him.

the devil's inner/domestic power has completely and permanently been destroyed by the Lord Jesus Christ about 2 millennia ago, according to the written:

John 12:31-32 "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out(viz. now the whole inner/domestic power of satan will permanently be destroyed). And I, if(i.e. and when) I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.",

John 14:30 "Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world(i.e. the wicked) cometh, and hath nothing in me.",

Matthew 27:50-56 "Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom(viz. all inimical/pernicious ordinances in the God's covenant/testament has officially been annulled); and the earth did quake(viz. the powers did shake), and the rocks rent(viz. and the whole inner/domestic power of the devil has permanently been removed/destroyed); And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him: Among which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedee's children.",

Colossians 2:14-15 "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances(i.e. annulling the human/satanic part of the ordinances in the God's covenant/testament) that was against us(i.e. which was prejudicial to the people), which was contrary to us(i.e. which was adverse to us), and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers(i.e. having denounced the unrighteous spiritual/religious systems and powers), he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it."

Blessings

Question: "Does Satan still have access to Heaven? Why does God allow Satan to enter Heaven, as recorded in the Bible?"

Answer:
Satan was originally one of God’s holy angels, but he rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven (Luke 10:18). That was only the first stage of his judgment. Satan’s kingdom was vanquished at the cross (John 12:31-32). Later, he will be bound in the abyss for one thousand years (Revelation 20:1-3) and then will be cast into the lake of fire for eternity (Revelation 20:10).

Until his final judgment, Satan is “the prince of this world” (John 14:30), but it seems that he still has restricted access to the heavenly realms. In Job 1:6, Satan stands in the presence of God. (See 2 Chronicles 18:18-21 for a similar situation involving a “lying spirit.”)

Since God is holy and absolutely without sin (Isaiah 6:3), and since He will not even look on evil (Habakkuk 1:13), how can Satan be in heaven? The answer involves God’s sovereign restraint of sin. In Job 1, Satan stood before God to give an account of himself. God initiated the meeting, led the proceedings, and remained in absolute control (verse 7). The result was that Satan’s power was limited (verse 12) and God was glorified.

Here are some other facts to note: 1) Satan does not have open access to God’s presence. He is summoned by God. 2) The visits are temporary. His time before God’s throne is limited. 3) In no way is the purity of heaven tainted by the brief, God-ordained presence of a sinful being, “quarantined,” as it were, by God’s regulatory power. And, 4) Satan’s access is only granted prior to the final judgment. After the judgment, God creates a new heaven and new earth (Revelation 21:1), wipes away all tears from our eyes (verse 4), reveals the New Jerusalem (verse 10), and promises the complete absence of sin (verse 27).

When we say, “God cannot allow sin into heaven,” we simply mean that God cannot allow human beings who are still in their sin to live in His presence. But it is possible for God to command a sinful being to stand (temporarily) in His presence in order to commission him (Isaiah 6), to exact an account from him (Job 1-2), or to judge him (Revelation 20:11-15) without compromising His holiness.

God’s holiness will eventually consume all sin. Until that day, His holiness regulates sin, and that means that Satan, on certain occasions, is briefly summoned before his Creator to give an account of his actions.

I wonder if satan can sometimes get permission to sift and run havoc in a persons life like Job.

We see that satan asked permission to sift Peter. But this was before the cross and resurrection.
I don't know of any sifting mentioned after the resurrection of Christ.

I think it would be wonderful if satan didn't exist.
He will always exist, but he will be locked away for a thousand years, released after that and allowed to incite the world against the camp of the saints, burnt into a crispy critter and then cast into the lake of fire forever.

Rev 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. (There is but one having the keys to death and hell - Rev 1:18)
Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Rev 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Rev 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
Rev 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
