End Of Days Hysteria: Does It Reflect Well On Our Witness?

Hey sister!

I would classify that as Historicism. Not that Historicism is inherently wrong, just that I lean away from Historicist viewpoints. But maybe I got too much of a snootful of them talking to the SDAs about eschatology... Anyway, I believe the fulfillment of the end-times prophecy is entirely future rather than partly fulfilled and partly not. IMO, the things that took place in New Testament times served as precursors or prophetic foreshadowings, yet none of the real thing has actually happened yet.

I know that differs from your perspective. Just exchanging views.
Sometimes we need Biblical history, especially about the past four Empires to understand that which is yet future. There are many things that are happening right now that are hidden from from many that have no understanding of future events, but will come to fruition in all fulfillment, but yet in God's timing.
