How can the deceived who sincerely believe they are personally being led by God ever be corrected?
Do they need correcting, and if so for what purpose?
If our brethren have eternal life, is there more?
Rom 14:1 Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
Rom 14:2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
Rom 14:3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for

Spiritual growth eludes many for various reasons, but just as with Peter referring to Paul's teaching as hard to be understood (2 Pet 3:16), there were many things he was not privileged to have even heard that Paul received by revelation by our risen Savior Jesus (Gal 1:12).
What was one of those things? Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

You see, Paul was given things hidden to Peter and the others for instance.
Col 1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to
fulfil the word of God;
Col 1:26 Even the mystery
which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
