The Church is Christ's physical body so He can reign on earth through His body, the Church.

The Husband is also the PHYSICAL head of the family as Jesus is the Physical head of the Church.

I asked you because you appeared to state that Jesus is NOT Lord of heaven and earth right now.
If that's not what you meant then please clarify your meaning.

You gave Ephesians 1:22, 23 to prove your point that Jesus physically reigns here on earth and through His physical body the Church. If you back up to vs. 19-21 you will see that God has put all things under the feet of Jesus and that Jesus is the head over all things to the Church. It says nothing about Jesus physically reigning here on earth right now through the Church. The body of Christ is the fullness of Christ as He Spiritually reigns over the Body of Christ (Church) from Heaven.

The Kingdoms of this world are not yet His, but will become His when the seventh trumpet sounds, Rev 11:1 and Christ returns, Rev 19:11-21, and makes an end of all abominations as He cast the beast and the false prophet into the lake of fire. Then binding Satan for a time as He sends His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Matthew 24:31. 1 Corinthians 15:51-58; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.

As far as your questions my answer is yes to all of them.

Once more:

1. Jesus reigns now
Mat 28: ALL authority in BOTH heaven and earth HAS BEEN given to Jesus.
Having all authority is a good definition of "reigning."
That was almost 2000 years ago.

2. The Church is Christ's physical presence on earth
In scripture, the Church is several times described as the "body of Christ."
For example: Eph 5:30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.
The Church is here on earth.
Therefore, Christ's body is here on earth.
His body (the Church) has also been here for almost 2000 years.

3. The Holy Spirit is God's presence on earth right now.
1Co 3:16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
1Co 6:19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you,

So, Christ, who has had all authority in heaven and on earth for the past 2000 years is present in His body the Church, right now and has been for the past 2000 years.

Therefore, the kingdom of Heaven is here right now in the Church.
It will be manifest in it's fullness when Jesus comes again.
1Co 15:22-26
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.
But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming.
Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.
For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
Christ will deliver THE KINGDOM to the Father when He has put the last enemy (death) under His feet. (by the resurrection)
Christ has that kingdom now.
He is the Ruler of that Kingdom everywhere that it exists, both in heaven and on earth.
