What is learned from "the fossil record" other than something died?

Well. Good question. Nice to see some new faces. You guys just come out of the wood work.

I think firstly, it's there, whatever it is... there is a "true truth" behind it's existiance. It's not as complete as you have been lead to beleive by the (macro evolutionsts)...the fossil 'record' tells a tale, whatever the tale is. The true truth exists.

What the creationists see, in the so called "fossil record" is what was left after Noah's Flood. It fits the data. All of it. Crossing several disciplines.

The EV's see it as the evidence to 'show slow gradual change from simple to complex..." Considering all, the evidence, my chips are in Noah's flood.
