Louisville is Lou'vulle
I say yellow now but it was yella when I was younger. I also got rid of the "r" in wash.

We always made it with drippings from fried country ham, the 'red eye' is from when you pour it into a bowl it looks like a red eye. No flour is added so it's sorta like a broth? More like au jus.
