Quote from the article:

"George Barna’s recent research on the church in America.1 It reveals that only 21% of evangelical Christians and only 37% of pastors have a truly biblical worldview."

I find the phrase "truly biblical worldview " biased, at best. The ten stipulations of being part of this "truly biblical worldview" are each based on very stringent beliefs that are written like a doctrinal contract. Each of the ten have numerous, specific requirements of belief and practice within.

Instead of saying that "only 21% of evangelical Christians... have a truly biblical worldview," it can just as easily claim that "only 21% of evangelical Christians believe in our custom-made "doctrine."

I'd like to see statistics on how many evangelical Christians "live like Christ," or perhaps, "have the mind of Christ."

Well, fun fact: The Bible has standards. God demands perfection.
Would you prefer the decetiful-by-nature heart (Jeremiah 17:9) and its arbitrary whims instead?

I did not, nor would I ever, critique the Word of God. My comment was completely focused on the critiquing the statistical manipulation and bias.

I do, however, thank you for your sarcastic response. You have certainly mastered that specific "fruit of the Spirit."
