My Grandfather was Pakistani and my Grandmother was Scottish.

Well in short,justify the civil war .caveat you can't use the reason it's for slavery .it wasn't .while that was the driving reason for it but well if the south stayed In would the north have fought? Never mind the suspension of civil liberties in Maryland or that if cooler heads prevailed,the chances of a type of making it illegal as in the uk would be greater.


The uk ended slavery without a civil war.there were slave up rising but the industrial revolution also brought and end to the slave trade.one could simply build industry in the south slowly and it might have done the same

I agree. If you weren't born in a place, you don't feel like it's "yours". So less respect is shown.
The cities here have this same problem with tourists. It's bothersome. Not so much in little towns like where I live. They seem to have more respect for nature and people.
