Hello CF please pray for me to be delivered from harm ocd. Harm thoughts pop in my head and can be quite disturbing. Things have gotten better but I desire complete deliverance. I believe God can do it. Please pray for me and tell everyone that is christian. The more prayers the higher the influence. Thank you have a blessed night

Someone with harm OCD has disturbing thoughts related to harming self or others. Thoughts they don't actually want anything to do with. Someone with harm OCD is not going to follow through with these thoughts, though they might be extremely afraid that they will.
