I am looking for fellowship mostly. I am not new to God and the Bible but I am recently Re-newed as I have let God slip past me for to many years. We have been through a lot lately with the loss of many loved ones but the worst was losing our 30 yr old son suddenly two years ago. It has shaken our world and still does. The experience was life altering, but I am glad to say the loss of our son did not turn me away from God. The experience brought me closer and now my wife seems to be warming back up to the lord too. I have a painful story to tell about it but I also have some wondrous gifts about it I could share if any one wants to hear about it.
Really, I am hear in search of God, to get to know him better and to learn better how to walk with him. I am weak with my studies and my knowledge but I am learning and growing stronger.

Welcome to the site.
Many here have expounded on the lows, and highs, of their past lives, but if we all keep concentrating on "today", things are a lot easier to handle.

My heart goes out to you and your wife.
I lost my first born when she was 4 and a half months old, and I lost another daughter when she was 21. Last year I lost my Step Mother, Father and a brother all within 3 months of each other, so I can relate to some of your losses.
May you continue to draw nearer to our Lord who is rich in mercy and grace. He has never left, nor forsaken you.
I would love to hear your story.
