Focus on the Family addresses the use of biblical principles in parenting and marriage to strengthen the family.

The fact that you believe Donald Trump is a good guy explains it all.
You probably believe Benjamin netanyahu is a good guy as well.

As for history.

Jason claimed to he abomination of desolation mentioned by the prophet Daniel was placed in Jerusalem in 167 bc.

Jesus claimed the abomination of desolation mentioned by the prophet Daniel has not been placed in Jerusalem yet.

You choose to believe Jason and discredit Jesus..
As I've stated,I'm not a follower of Jason.I believe Jesus.

Mathew 24
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:

21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

But you go ahead and keep teaching Jason's interpretation of Daniel to others and misleading them.
.When the truth is fulfilled ,you and everyone you have misled will not understand anything.
It has nothing to do with what jasonc believes, but that you ignore what 2Thessalonians 2:1-12 says and that you claim Trump will destroy Jerusalem and that the king of the north is a good guy who wants to save Israel from destruction. You are no different then those who set dates for the return of Christ or have claimed such men throughout history like Hitler and many others to be the end time son of perdition. You have it in your head that the son of perdition is a good guy, which comes against scripture.

In 168BC was an abomination of desolation caused by King Antiochus Epiphanes who savagely ransacked Jerusalem executing many Jews as there have been many throughout history as during its long history, Jerusalem has been destroyed at least twice, besieged 23 times, attacked 52 times, and captured and recaptured 44 times. Antiochus was an antichrist like all the other ones up to the last one that will take his seat in Jerusalem being the last time who will cause everyone around the world to take the mark of this beast out of the earth or die a martyr's death. This is why it is important to research Bible history instead of just taking a man's word and believing what they say. It doesn't matter how many scriptures you want to use to prove your point, but when what one says does not line up with scripture then do not believe a word they say.

I haven't posted in this thread .why am I brought up. I'm not fully set on a tribulation.

Why do you believe a man wanting to save the beast is good?

The king of the north destroys Jerusalem because that is the Israeli governments policy. Its called the Samson option.

It's not about you.Its about a Hellenistic Jew who interpreted Daniel 11 as being fulfilled when Jesus said it's not.

Many people believe Jason and few people believe Jesus.

Jason of Cyrene (Greek: Ἰάσων ὁ Κυρηναῖος) was a Hellenistic Jew who lived around the middle of the second century BCE (fl. ~160–110 BCE?). He is the author of a five-volume history of the Maccabean Revolt and its preceding events (~178–160 BCE), which subsequently became a lost work.

It is you that says the son of perdition will save Israel. Please read what I write without twisting my words.
Oh ,I see where you don't understand.
It's the israeli government ,that is the beast that the son of perdition wants to keep safe
That's why he gives the beast the second beast in revelation 13.To keep Israel safe.

Many a evangelicals worship the beast. They think highly of the Israeli government and want to keep it safe. The son of perdition is chosen by evangelicals who want to keep the beast safe. Its because of them that the son of perdition moved the tabernacle of his palace to Jerusalem. To please them.

You could say,a falling away has occured as Paul prophecied.
