That sounds like a goal. Did you know having and achieving goals is one of the number one things a human can do to feel satisfaction?

Here are some tips for setting goals

1. Make them short. One sentence. So get rid of the second sentence of your goal. That leaves you with just. "Today, I am going to have a good day.
2. You have to make them challenging while at the same time achievable. So I bed you have had a good number of good days in the past. I bet a challenge might be to have a GREAT DAY. So I suggest amending your goal for today to be Today, I am going to have a GREAT DAY. It's only 12:28 am in Houston so that is a full 11 and one half full ours of GREAT.

One of the best ways to achieve the goal is to set secondary goals that are easy and little to help the primary goal. Since I want to have a GREAT DAY I need to do things to make it GREAT.

I set the goal of cleaning out my car. I picked up all those empty diet soda cans off the floor board. Accomplished. GREAT.

I cleaned out the coffee grinds from the basket instead of leaving them. GREAT

My next goal is to sweep the kitchen floor so I can walk barefoot. That feel great. walking barefoot with out things sticking to my feet.

its a joke that Nathan and I played on each other. I started it. I would say give me a hug then he would allow me and I would then take his back and to the ground and the wrestling match would begin. he still does that to me. did it on thanksgiving. I was in my chair and tried to bear hug me. he forget lesson one. this old man always goes for the low blows when he isn't in the mood for "hugging".

Well how about a lonely animal? You could volunteer for the ASPCA. Kittens need hugs. How about volunteering at the hospital and go hug some people who never get visitors. Or a nursing home.

Go to the mall and talk to strangers. You could hold up a sign saying free hugs.
