No the true church of God is composed of each individual Spirit-filled believer.
We are scattered throughout the globe in various man made organizations of men.

Jesus didn't found a Church of scattered believers. He founded a Church based on the apostles and prophets (Eph 2:20), a visible Church ( with a structure (1Tim 3:1-6) and a mandate to teach (Mt 28:18-20).
Jesus founded one Church (Mt 16:18), one set of doctrines (Jude 3); a Church that is "the the pillar and bulwark of the truth" (1Tim 3:15)

To be fair, a lot of established sects and/or denominations have some faction or another that believe their way is the only way to Christ. Even some Baptists (the more extreme ones, probably a minority) believe that.

True believers are unified IN SPIRIT. All believers have the same Spirit of God in them and are connected to the Head, Jesus Christ, by virtue of that same Spirit.

Simple observation shows us we are not all unified physically. That is impossible. We will be gathered together physically as one body and people at the resurrection.

The church is visible in the face of any true believer, or multitude of believers. The true church is not identified by an organization. The leaven of falsehood has worked its way too far into the dough for that to be even remotely true at this time in history. It hasn't been true since the time of the Apostles (Acts 20:29).

Is that all you think that worshipping God is - taking communion?
No, of course not. But it is definitely worshipping God. Worship that the Catholic church thinks it can keep bona fide born again children of God from participating in because of a rule they made up. This is exactly and precisely the kind of misguided, worldly, unspiritual law making that was dispelled and destroyed when Jesus instituted the New Covenant. No man, no law, no doctrine, no theology can keep a person brought near to God through faith in Christ from approaching God in worship.

I've been told the Church of Christ believes that.
