False Christ is antichrist who opposes God and His Son Christ Jesus. All four Empires that have existed with the last one still active today was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. Rev 17 and 18 is describing MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus and when I saw her I wondered with great admiration, Rev 17:5, 6. Where do you find a Jew within any of these four Empires, nowhere.

I believe the ten kings will rise to power with the antichrist who is of Jewish, Hebrew, decent, as the return of the lost ten tribes of Israel.

The only relationship with these ten nations and the ten lost tribes of Israel are the tribes of Reuben, Simeon, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zabulon, Manasses and Ephraim were exiled there in 722BCE after the conquest of Neo-Assyrian Empire in Israel.

The Israelites were divided into twelve tribes, except the Levites who were never land owners. Each tribe was given a piece of land and after the death of King Solomon around 922 BCE the tribes split into two kingdoms as a result of a power struggle. The northern kingdom consisted of Reuben, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zabulon, Ephraim and Manasses. The southern kingdom was composed of Judah, Simeon and most of Benjamin.

In 722BCE Assyria invaded Israel and conquered the northern kingdom. Many who lived in the northern kingdom that were Jews were exiled to these ten nations which were the Anglo-Saxons (English), the Franks (French), Suevi (Portuguese), Visigoths (Spanish), Burgundians (Swiss), Alemanni (Germans), Lombards (Italians), Ostrogoths, Heruli, and the Vandals in northern Africa.

In Rev 7 Before the sounding of the first trumpet that will hurt the earth and sea God sends His angels out to the four corners of the earth to seal the 144,000 of all the tribes of Israel except for the tribe of Dan and Ephraim as they fell to idol worship and allowed God to be removed from them, Judges 18:30; 1 Kings12:25-33; Hosea 5:9, 11;Psalms 78:9-17, 65-67. They were loyal to the Law of Moses insisting that any other interpretation of the law could not be trusted.
