In Heaven!

Yes,that is His resurrected body that He now has and will have for an eternity. We will have the same resurrected body when he comes to get us and our earthy bodies will be changed to new resurrected bodies.

You should start a new thread on this topic. But start it in a forum where it can be debated. :)
.

What title of the thread are you thinking about?

Since it has to do with the resurrected body of Christ, just go with that.

I don't know, your choice.

I must warn you though, I believe you're in error. But we'll discuss it............peacefully. :)

Oh I get it I am running into a trap :chin

:nono It's only a trap if you stumble into it unaware.

May I ask you what you think is in error?

Your belief concerning the resurrected body. But hey, we're just 2 friends talking.

Iron sharpens iron.

What are your beliefs on the resurrected body Gary?

The scars that Jesus Still bears, Based on the Body he had when he appeared to the Group in the room when Thomas doubted.

Is this the answer to the question in the OP?
.

I would imagine that you believe that you will receive a new glorified body one day, and that in your glorified body you will not suffer the same infirmities, such as blindness, missing limbs or any other ailments you might have suffered in the flesh. Why would you believe anything different for your Lord?

I have thought that Heaven is like an earth but without sin. We are studying and working there, building things etc. I think we are just not sitting eternity, its a long time for sitting

Because I am not Jesus. The scars give us one overwhelming message of comfort.Jesus is our Savior.

Oh yes we will continue to learn.Jesus will teach us alot.We will be given jobs.We will rule the Nations with Jesus. No we will not be sitting on a cloud with a harp like the secular world thinks.

As believers I think we are curious about heaven.Afterall it will be our eternal home.

Thomas needed to see the scars because he did not believe, and he was one of the disciples; but Jesus said blessed are those who have not seen me and yet believe. What comfort could you get from his scars, to reaffirm what you believe for lack of faith?

This has always confused me Kathi. Won't our new home be upon the New Earth ie. Rev 21 ?
This has also confused me a bit too aqua.Yes,their will be a New Earth with I believe is the New Jerusalem but their is also a new heaven.I am wondering where we will reside. Will we go back and forth?
