Why is only when it comes to jobs of power they talk about equality in the workplace as equality in politics, why not across the whole board, I mean 99.9% of bricklayers are men, should there be a 50% womens quota.

More women in the workplace. More women in construction. When the concrete truck arrives jump on the barrow it's all about equality. The concrete truck arrives fills the wheelbarrow full of concrete and you just have to move it to the location for a couple hours.
