Im all for being considerate but a gust of wind will blow smells a few house away.
...the former can kill a dog or a person if they eat or smell the blossoms...
She never said that .unless its billowing ,I,have never seen smoke like thar even from 14 bones.a reataurant who uses an,outdoor smoker sometimes ,wood fired .theu fired that up,at 3 am.Oh the food smell for a few minutes is fine. Its smoke from wood or coal that can be problematical. Especially if wood is left to smoke all night, instead of being banked once the meal is cooked.
Everyone should do what they reasonably can to be considerate.
