In Today's News

I agree, and may the Lord bless you as well, but the other news story that completely shocked me was when the two six year olds got arrested for having a temper tantrum at school. Whatever happened to getting sent down to the office?

The child violently attacked another child. Not acceptable. Zero tolerance for violent bullying.

The officer should have gotten his watch commanders permission, as ordered. Disobeying orders is also not acceptable.

May the Lord bless you.

Although I agree with you that there shouldn't be any tolerance for bullying, should a six year old really be arrested for it when it can just as easily be disciplined in other ways? If it was a teenager or a preteen it would be different, but six just seems a bit too young to me. :/

We weren't there, and didn't talk to the child involved. Its not easy to figure out the best course of action when you don't know anything about the people involved. Some children do need to be scared straight by showing them what will happen if they don't treat others with respect. Some programs have had good success in reforming children by letting them talk to ex prisoners. The children figure out that they don't want to go that route, and clean up their act.

That was up to the watch commander to decide though.

True, good point. Although I still don't really agree with it a hundred percent.

Excellent. This takes neighborhood watch to a new level. I hope all homeowners do this, and protect their neighbors.
Or I can spy on,them . you can link internal as well. A company via an app on my,phone or panel with vivint allows me to,observe and talk to the door bell or inside .

Like with Alexa,Google assistant and apple equivalents you might be spied on.

Right. You have to be careful about installing cameras inside of the house.
Well if someone breaks into and kills another your outside camera won't incriminate him especially if they can't tie the gun to him.a case such as this was overturned and he will face a trail.he can't be sentenced for first degree as the gun didn't have his finger prints .he was caught on his smart phone bragging .his accomplice turned him in. A camera with video would have damned him

Inside cameras are okay if you know what you are doing, and set up the security protocols correctly. A lot of people have had their inside cameras hacked, if they were hooked up to the Internet. They didn't know how to set up the camera safely. You don't want the bad guys to hack people's cameras, and use the feed to case the joint.

People selling their homes should also be careful about what appears in on-line home tour photos of their abodes. Keep anything expensive out of the pictures, and don't give away details of security arrangements in the pictures.

They are useful as part of a multi level defense. Many police departments are fans of them.

The police might be fans of cameras because it makes there job easier, but im not a fan. I'm just a citizen going about my own business not causing trouble, so i don't like to be recorded in public without my consent being looked at as a potential criminal. I don't understand how people don't get offended. They think false security is greater than there privacy. A camera is not going to save someones life, it's going to maybe help find an offender after the fact.

The phone companies really need to get this situation in control. There is no need for the phone companies to put through scam robocalls all day long.

If you lose money to a scammer you are a sucker. No company or government department is going to ring people asking for money or for credit card.

If your unsure if it's ligit say you will ring them back on there official number and watch them cut the line quickly.

It has over 470k followers on Facebook that is a world wide social media. New Zealand has a population of 4.7 million. I doubt all the followers are Kiwis.

And some people in this world are racist. You can't stop people from being racist. If they are racist they are racist. Just worry about yourself not others.

Hey everybody, welcome to another edition of today's news. :) Before we get to today's report I just wanted to say another thing about the six year olds who were arrested. It's rather sad that they had to get the police involved in the first place. :sad Where in the world do children get that it's acceptable behavior to hit and kick somebody? It's like Michael always says, children really need to be trained up in the proper direction that they should go. :nono

Anyways first of all in today's news Cleveland police are currently on the search for a suspect that was the cause of multiple break-ins of churches around the city. Here's more of the information.

And here's another reason that abortion should be banned in my opinion. For a doctor in South Korea performed an abortion on the wrong woman early last month. Here's more. :sad

Also there is a current warning in Lake County Ohio about a mosquito virus. Here's more of the information.

And also a woman in GROSSEE TETE Las Angeles bit a camel to save her life after the six hundred pound animal sat on her. Here's more on the story. :eek2

Finally in today's news the Euclid Police Department did an act of kindness for eleven year old boy after somebody intentionally destroyed his birthday present. Here's more on the story. :')

That's all for today's news! Have a wonderful rest of the day and God's blessings on you. :biggrin

There is no earthly reason for phone companies to put these calls through in the first place. Phones are for people we want to talk to, not robocalls.
