INDIVIDUALS VS THE MAJORITY

- Now this verse is quite interesting because it is not only the fact it was forbidden for them to eat the fruit but they could not touch it !

- God was the creator and he would not tolerate any discussion of his authority!

- Man could do everything except one!

- THE PRICE FOR IT: DEATH!

- Since then the devil and man have discussed God’s authority!

- When Jesus comes back as a warrior, he will put an end to this discussion!

- Then no one will be authorized to put in question God’s authority!

- Well, only one more time!

- But that’s another story!

That is why we have an upgraded understanding and knowledge of Christ, to not hear the ordinances of man to, touch not, taste not, handle not.

All commandments and considerations of man are to perish.

Colossians 2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

We are not come to the mount that might be touched and we die by touching...

Hebrews 12:18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,
19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:

But we are come to Jesus Christ, who we looked upon and our hands have handled, of the word of life..

Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

1 John 1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

Now we do not touch what is unclean to us ( forbidden by God) instead our only focus is Christ.

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

4) But for the devil it was not sufficient!

- He accuses God of being a liar!

- NO YOU WON’T DIE!

- But they died!

- And it has not changed!

- We still hear the same message from religion!

- NO YOU WON’T DIE!

- BUT IT DOES NOT COME FROM GOD!

- GOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN CLEAR!

All in Adam were already dead, whether they took from the tree or not, no life was in them. Inside Adams body and soul was only death, even the children he could have which were already in him were dead while Adam was alive on earth.

life then is known and proven to be only in Jesus Christ, as testified..

John 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

The words were to become as gods, not God.

Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Adam and Eve never did get to discern good and evil, that comes only with Jesus Christ..

Hebrews 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

To be as gods, knowing good and evil, doing good and evil, but not as a creator, as all was created already by Jesus Christ ( the only true GOD.)

Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Isaiah 41:23 Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.

Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

Eve did not think, oh I can be God now.

Eve, as written, saw that the tree can make her wise ( knowing good and evil as gods, but not creating as being God)

Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

5) Then Eve uses her free will:

- She starts looking at the fruit!

- As something good to eat!

- As something good to see!

- As something desirable to get wisdom or to decide by herself and go away from God!

- It’s a process!

- It takes time!

- It must reach maturity!

- It is the same way when we know something is wrong!

- But finally we decide to do it!

- And finally she eats the fruit!

6) And the best if I can say is for the end:

- She gives it to Adam!

- And he eats it!

- He wouldn’t have eaten it otherwise!

- NO WAY!

- He didn’t want to lose her!

- He could have said NO!

- And God would have provided!

- Remember Abraham and the sacrifice of his only son!

Its good you can tell the first half of the story, so I can remind us of the conclusion that God has shared.

Eve used no free will, she was beguiled by the devil, instead of knowing simplicity is only in Jesus Christ. ( God)

2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

So Eve did not decide by herself to go away from God, as she had no wisdom to do that with, hance relying only on the deceiving tongue of the serpents subtlty.

Neither could Eve desire wisdom, as there was no wisdom to be found, the devil was only deceiving them.

God judges among the gods( to be as gods knowing good and evil)

They are unjust, and do no justice.

God sums them all up asknowing not, no understanding, and being in darkness, and to be gods, ( knowing good and evil as Adam and Eve) but to die like men.

Then God arose to judge the earth through Jesus Christ on earth..

Psalm 82:1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

Now it is time to be clothed with salvation, and there is time as testified:

Psalm 132:16 I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.

Isaiah 61:10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

2 Corinthians 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
3 Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:
4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
6 By pureness, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
8 By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
9 As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
10 As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
11 O ye Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
12 Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels.
13 Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
