Adam sinned according to God's Purpose !
Adam sinned in the beginning according to God's Eternal Redemptive Purpose centered in Christ Jesus before the foundation in which he was created at in the beginning
1 Pet 1:20
20 Who verily
was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
Christ's Redemptive Death was foreordained
before adam was created !
Isa 55:11
11 So shall
my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
That word for word here is the hebrew word dabar and is also translated and means commandment
Ex 24:28
28 And he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the
words of the covenant, the ten
commandments.
So Yes this blessed Truth of
Isa 55:11 holds true even with adam and God's word of command to him forbidding to eat from that certain tree.
Gen 2:16-17
16 And the Lord God
commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil
, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
And if God did not command him not to eat, then he would not have sinned by eating of it, and so then no sin and death would have entered into the world, and the foreordained death of Christ for sin not needed
1 Pet 1:18-20; For if there was no sin, what need for the redemption from sin ? With no redemption from sin then no need for the praises to God for the redemption from sin as seen here
Rev 5:9-10
9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain,
and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
However, what religious men do not know is that God had an eye to this Glory from the mouth of the redeemed before He uttered the words in
Gen 1:3
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.601
