Oh what a difference that would make !If we would just humble ourselves and go before the throne of God's grace
There is nothing wrong with telling another Jesus loves them, but if there is no followup explaining why He does then it falls on deaf ears as nothing is learned.No person of the world is excluded from the love of the Lord God. But if a sinner hears Jesus loves you their whole life and never believes or repents. What will they hear at judgement? Are we not deceiving a lost person by telling them Jesus loves them?

I don't think so. The theme is "you have sinned against a holy God and He has said that the soul that sins shall die. The good news is that God sent His Son to pay the penalty for your sins and now you can escape that punishment."
