Before the bible was made into a book, they were all just seperate historical documents, there is heaps of documents, they just not in there. What we have in the bible I believe is historically reliable, but if others should be in there as well that were missed, possibly. For example, if Jude is worthy to be in the bible and mentions the book of Enoch as prophecy, then Enoch cant just be thrown away as rubbish.

also the book of Jasher is mentioned in the bible it does not hold the status of the bible but could be read.

We are all on the same level in Gods eyes Bill, a few days after i was saved i asked the Lord the best version for me and then my hands fell on the one I'm still using today, I've seen the others, and for me they don't cut the mustard....

all one has to do is search internet and it will show omissions in certain bibles. now if they see verses left out or the name Jesus left out and still read a version knowing it has missing portions there is no convincing.

The preacher at the 4:20 mark is corrupting God's Word by making it say something it doesn't, and that based on poor exegesis. Hebrews 9:10 is speaking of the new covenant, not some new world order. He is proof-texting. And his commentary on 1 Peter 2:7 is nonsense, for lack of a better way of putting it. To state that the NIV is somehow speaking of the American dollar bill...seriously? And the pastors that follow--typical question begging and name calling, regarding the Bible no less.

Obadiah is right. There is nothing to this video and it has lost all cedibility. I'm not going to waste my life watching the whole thing.

it may be but when I read Acts 2:30 in several different bible the kjv shines brightest; if you can not find the word Christ in that verse you are missing the most important part of the verse.

Well, that's been about enough of the name calling and ridiculousness for me tonight. I've been through this before and once someone venerates the KJV, there's simply no reasoning with them and it's just a big waste of time. It makes sense after all. Once someone decides something is their god and they worship it, there's simply no reasoning with them. That's why I'm not going to waste my time watching the rest of that video. And that, TOB, is an accurate and righteous statement but it is not the most accurate translation today but none of us can positively make such a claim. Many of the KJV only faith might very well and according to God's Word, will, go toi Hell for believing IN the wrong thing, a thing made by the hands of man.

As long as you study, exclusively, from the KJV and continually fail to elevate it above "A" version of the Holy Word, you are not in danger of this curse. But if any man, myself included, begins to state they hold "the original manuscripts" instead of "A" translation of the manuscripts in his or her hand, they/you/we/I had best fall on our face and beg God to return unto us.
